  No. It is a two way process.of communication. In the model there is an arrow going back to the sender, it means it requires a feedback. Before it is linear however because of the advancement of the technology it became two way. If you will watch the full lecture video you can understand the reason.

  Any resources available on the internet are what we call online materials. while the web-based presentations are the google slide, prezi, slidedog, clearslide or other web based presentation. If these slides will be available online so matatawag mo na rin sila na online materials.
