Hi I don’t know if you can help or advise me and my husband are staying just across in coral suites and spa we have just had a email saying they doing a lot of work at the hotel our daughter is our travel consultant so that make it easy for us to but we have the option to move hotels we have looked at the volcano and the med is another option for the price we paid we even get over £300 back because it’s cheaper to stay in the other hotels you probably think it’s a no brainer but would like advise please

For me personally I would stay at the Vulcano, as it’s nice and quiet. The med palace looks lovely (but very busy) and also isn’t completely finished. There is a new vlog on KZread for the med. that could help you decide? ☺️ But for us and what we like. I would choose the Vulcano ☺️. I hope that helps? Have a great time wherever you decide to go. 😎

Thanks for the question, I’d pick the Vulcano as that’s more adult based. There has been some younger ones this summer but that was due to the Med Palace being closed. The Med palace looks amazing but is a family hotel and there is still a few bits and bobs going off the recent vlogs by Tenerife Tez and others. The Vulcano will be closer to where you’re staying and if the two of you quieter. But if you’re going Half Board it’s very hit and miss on the evening meals sadly at the moment at the Vulcano. Have a great holiday either way and please message if you think of anything else - Chris

If I was to recommend anywhere, it would be the protur bonamar in Cala bona Majorca, adults only hotel and half board. Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I’d definitely pick B&B the Half board is getting a slating as they have changed it for the worse currently. To access the Infinity pool you have to pay for UP level which is extra on top of your holiday. We haven’t been up there yet sadly but it looks amazing

Totally agree about knightstrider was so ignorant him an laura to busy trying to sell cups for 20 euros I gave it a very average review on trip advisor an he had it removed, so my partner did one an again removed, how does he get rid if poor reviews? I won't trust trip advisor again, an since I seen him take 20 euros of a pensioner in the street I won't watch his channel again

€20 what was that for? I’m fine with them trying to make a career out of content. But don’t be fake and prove the whole nice people act is exactly that, an act. So many people have reached out about this sort of thing. I cannot understand how people’s brains work to be like this. I’m middle aged now and understand the importance of being nice and trying to avoid drama at all costs. You should always try to be a better person each day. You can pay for Half Board but I wouldn’t currently book that as the new way of serving food is a problem and not something I’d recommend hearing so many negative reviews.

Random question but do the rooms have a fridge? Staying here in September and cannot see it on our holiday details. Can see there’s a mini bar. Can you use that for your own water etc (without paying for a stocked mini bar)?

I went to buddies in March and met Laura and tbf she was fantastic she maybe had a bad day. Roof terrace is amazing on a good day. Think Andrew comes across as aloof she’s maybe fed up running the bar on her own

We did say she might be having a bad day 🥺 we tried to engage with her several times but got nothing back. Shame really 😟 Look forward to seeing some good reviews as we watched them put it all. Together in their vlogs. Be a shame for it all to go to waste if they can’t get the hospitality right. We wish them lots of luck.

I just felt the KZread channel and personalities are what is making the bar a success and I was disappointed as the hours of enjoyment and support felt like an act for the clicks. Good luck to them and hopefully things improve in the PR department.

You’ve got yourself another new subscriber.. just watched Vulcano First part now watching second… totally agree about the spoilt brats Andrew and Laura.. there are very fortunate that Lee MacMaster gave them the start and skills of vlogging .. there are much better Vloggers in my opinion than them and more genuine people trying to give subscribers a insight to holiday locations.. I include yourselves being down to earth and giving their own opinions. We stay next door to the Vulcano that’s the Andorra it’s extremely good for us elderly Tenerife lovers.. three times a year with at least 3 weeks maybe 4 weeks.. back in October for 24 days.. love it.. lastly thank you for the enjoyment you bring to subscribers .. great content excellent diction and editing.. we appeared in one of Lee’s first Vlogs - “be in the know before you go” walk around the LC bars … Raymundo y Patricia Lytham St Annes…

We normally stay volcano as it so central but we stayed Arona Gran and Buddies was on my list ,we arrived and it was shut the very day as they went to Florida ..gutted as I’ve literally watch paint dry in the mini bar ,I even watch them pick glasses it’s put me right off ..seen the Beatles 4 Spanish guys doing scousers disny really 😂work haha

I agree 100% with your comments on Buddies Bar. Been twice in the last year and like you, didn't feel they wanted you there. Poor Laura was run off her feet and looked exhausted. She would have been better off sticking with her OnlyFans page. They shut the place on a whim and are currently in Florida. The rely solely on the cult that follow the blogs.

The Vulcano is on my hotel list to visit l previously stayed at the Mediterranean Palace. That strip of bars on the Parque la paz are great The Corner bar, Brahms and Liszt, the Highland Paddy, The Soul Suite, The bulls head you can spend all night just there 😂. What a shame about Buddies bar l too watch their youtube streams, l have never been into Los Cristianos.But have seen other youtubers videos from around there, so plan to try it next l'm over.Lets hope it isn't one face with Laura for youtube another for the actual bar. But if you are in the hospitality trade you can't be like that with customers. It will bite you on the bum and after you both walked there which l know is quite a distance.To be meet by that attitude l honestly would have drank up and left 😡

It was such a shame. I’m being a lot more forgiving tbh and I hope it was a one off. You cannot be like that and it’s in a quite isolated area of Los Cristianos. The KZread channel is helping the bar be visible which is a great idea. Happy to be proven wrong but I don’t think it was a one off.

We did want to leave after one drink but I persuaded Chris to have another to try and engage her again in conversation and see if she warmed up or was having a bad day. Sadly met with one word answers again, So we drank up and left 🥺. I would t go back again. A very long walk for nothing sadly 😟

Walk around the beach front and around to it that way. Much nicer than the way we walked. Or get an Uber. But if it was me I wouldn’t bother 🥺 I certainly wouldn’t go again.

Your lucky it was a special anniversary we emailed and mentioned it and had nothing not like other hotels where we had bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates and this is normal at other hotels but nothing here it was your review why we booked here but can honestly say hotel is lovely but the evening meal is not fit to eat and not worth ,€35 each we were hb but ate out most evenings as the first four or five days were horrendous s black steak frozen in middle s chicken so dry it was horrendous and the salad bar was shrinking in size nightly such a shame as had high hopes it certainly is very disappointing concerning food but hotel is lovely although had quite a few hen and stsg groups we were there 10june 24

Have heard bad things about HB. 🥺 We only do BB and cannot fault the breakfast. It’s a shame they aren’t listening to guests. I agree with other hotels we have had champagne and chocolates etc if we have been away for a celebration but here. Nothing. (Apart from the cocktails) Although we did get a big room. So maybe they gave us that 🤷🏻♀️. I think it had more younger ones her here this time due to the Med palace opening being delayed (which opened yesterday) so 🤞🏻 they start listening. We love it and are booking to go again next year for sure 😎

So sorry Amanda, feel we let you down there as we don’t book HB. But I’d seen plenty of Trip Advisor reviews about this and a few couples we met said at the hotel it was poor and they’d be doing BB next time. I’m hoping the Med Palace opening removes the large groups. Hopefully if you do rebook it’s a better experience.

When we stayed the food was not for kids - convenience food not there was - Pizza/chips etc were not on the menu all week. Recently they have included food for the kids. We did go to Kos sadly after a few days. Breakfast was good

Hi I don’t know if you can help or advise me and my husband are staying just across in coral suites and spa we have just had a email saying they doing a lot of work at the hotel our daughter is our travel consultant so that make it easy for us to but we have the option to move hotels we have looked at the volcano and the med is another option for the price we paid we even get over £300 back because it’s cheaper to stay in the other hotels you probably think it’s a no brainer but would like advise please
For me personally I would stay at the Vulcano, as it’s nice and quiet. The med palace looks lovely (but very busy) and also isn’t completely finished. There is a new vlog on KZread for the med. that could help you decide? ☺️ But for us and what we like. I would choose the Vulcano ☺️. I hope that helps? Have a great time wherever you decide to go. 😎
Thanks for the question, I’d pick the Vulcano as that’s more adult based. There has been some younger ones this summer but that was due to the Med Palace being closed. The Med palace looks amazing but is a family hotel and there is still a few bits and bobs going off the recent vlogs by Tenerife Tez and others. The Vulcano will be closer to where you’re staying and if the two of you quieter. But if you’re going Half Board it’s very hit and miss on the evening meals sadly at the moment at the Vulcano. Have a great holiday either way and please message if you think of anything else - Chris

Lurkers are the worst, just as bad here. You feel like telling them to F off. I usually ask if they’re ok and do you need some medical assistance, they soon bugger off.
We had a lady stand over Jordan and me in the MGM grand on our last trip and she was so pushy. She didn’t win anyway which made me happy lol.
If I was to recommend anywhere, it would be the protur bonamar in Cala bona Majorca, adults only hotel and half board. Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I’d definitely pick B&B the Half board is getting a slating as they have changed it for the worse currently. To access the Infinity pool you have to pay for UP level which is extra on top of your holiday. We haven’t been up there yet sadly but it looks amazing

Totally agree about knightstrider was so ignorant him an laura to busy trying to sell cups for 20 euros I gave it a very average review on trip advisor an he had it removed, so my partner did one an again removed, how does he get rid if poor reviews? I won't trust trip advisor again, an since I seen him take 20 euros of a pensioner in the street I won't watch his channel again
€20 what was that for? I’m fine with them trying to make a career out of content. But don’t be fake and prove the whole nice people act is exactly that, an act. So many people have reached out about this sort of thing. I cannot understand how people’s brains work to be like this. I’m middle aged now and understand the importance of being nice and trying to avoid drama at all costs. You should always try to be a better person each day. Believe its now a bed& breakfast Hotel and at night al carte menu €35 ahead.
You can pay for Half Board but I wouldn’t currently book that as the new way of serving food is a problem and not something I’d recommend hearing so many negative reviews.

Random question but do the rooms have a fridge? Staying here in September and cannot see it on our holiday details. Can see there’s a mini bar. Can you use that for your own water etc (without paying for a stocked mini bar)?

I went to buddies in March and met Laura and tbf she was fantastic she maybe had a bad day. Roof terrace is amazing on a good day. Think Andrew comes across as aloof she’s maybe fed up running the bar on her own
We did say she might be having a bad day 🥺 we tried to engage with her several times but got nothing back. Shame really 😟 Look forward to seeing some good reviews as we watched them put it all. Together in their vlogs. Be a shame for it all to go to waste if they can’t get the hospitality right. We wish them lots of luck.

Totally agree. Needs good PR ☺️ Sadly yes there are many negative reviews. If she has never run a bar before maybe she’s struggling and not finding it as glamorous as she thought 🤷🏻♀️
I just felt the KZread channel and personalities are what is making the bar a success and I was disappointed as the hours of enjoyment and support felt like an act for the clicks. Good luck to them and hopefully things improve in the PR department.

I include yourselves being down to earth and giving their own opinions. We stay next door to the Vulcano that’s the Andorra it’s extremely good for us elderly Tenerife lovers.. three times a year with at least 3 weeks maybe 4 weeks.. back in October for 24 days.. love it.. lastly thank you for the enjoyment you bring to subscribers .. great content excellent diction and editing.. we appeared in one of Lee’s first Vlogs - “be in the know before you go” walk around the LC bars … Raymundo y Patricia Lytham St Annes…

We normally stay volcano as it so central but we stayed Arona Gran and Buddies was on my list ,we arrived and it was shut the very day as they went to Florida ..gutted as I’ve literally watch paint dry in the mini bar ,I even watch them pick glasses it’s put me right off ..seen the Beatles 4 Spanish guys doing scousers disny really 😂work haha
We watched it all too putting the bar together. Probably why we were so disappointed 🫤. Ha ha. The Beatles were an experience that’s for sure ☺️😂😂

I agree 100% with your comments on Buddies Bar. Been twice in the last year and like you, didn't feel they wanted you there. Poor Laura was run off her feet and looked exhausted. She would have been better off sticking with her OnlyFans page. They shut the place on a whim and are currently in Florida. The rely solely on the cult that follow the blogs.

The Vulcano is on my hotel list to visit l previously stayed at the Mediterranean Palace. That strip of bars on the Parque la paz are great The Corner bar, Brahms and Liszt, the Highland Paddy, The Soul Suite, The bulls head you can spend all night just there 😂. All great bars for fab location. Couldn’t get a better place. (In my opinion 😄) You won’t regret staying if you decide to book the Vulcano. We really like it.
What a shame about Buddies bar l too watch their youtube streams, l have never been into Los Cristianos.But have seen other youtubers videos from around there, so plan to try it next l'm over.Lets hope it isn't one face with Laura for youtube another for the actual bar. But if you are in the hospitality trade you can't be like that with customers. It will bite you on the bum and after you both walked there which l know is quite a distance.To be meet by that attitude l honestly would have drank up and left 😡
It was such a shame. I’m being a lot more forgiving tbh and I hope it was a one off. You cannot be like that and it’s in a quite isolated area of Los Cristianos. The KZread channel is helping the bar be visible which is a great idea. Happy to be proven wrong but I don’t think it was a one off.
We did want to leave after one drink but I persuaded Chris to have another to try and engage her again in conversation and see if she warmed up or was having a bad day. Sadly met with one word answers again, So we drank up and left 🥺. I would t go back again. A very long walk for nothing sadly 😟

@@roadrunner300 that’s good, the new way HB is set out has had really mixed reviews. It’s served like a restaurant but from feedback to me it’s hit and miss good or really bad.
Your lucky it was a special anniversary we emailed and mentioned it and had nothing not like other hotels where we had bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates and this is normal at other hotels but nothing here it was your review why we booked here but can honestly say hotel is lovely but the evening meal is not fit to eat and not worth ,€35 each we were hb but ate out most evenings as the first four or five days were horrendous s black steak frozen in middle s chicken so dry it was horrendous and the salad bar was shrinking in size nightly such a shame as had high hopes it certainly is very disappointing concerning food but hotel is lovely although had quite a few hen and stsg groups we were there 10june 24
Have heard bad things about HB. 🥺 We only do BB and cannot fault the breakfast. It’s a shame they aren’t listening to guests. I agree with other hotels we have had champagne and chocolates etc if we have been away for a celebration but here. Nothing. (Apart from the cocktails) Although we did get a big room. So maybe they gave us that 🤷🏻♀️. I think it had more younger ones her here this time due to the Med palace opening being delayed (which opened yesterday) so 🤞🏻 they start listening. We love it and are booking to go again next year for sure 😎
So sorry Amanda, feel we let you down there as we don’t book HB. But I’d seen plenty of Trip Advisor reviews about this and a few couples we met said at the hotel it was poor and they’d be doing BB next time. I’m hoping the Med Palace opening removes the large groups. Hopefully if you do rebook it’s a better experience.
