  Have you ever got a massive headache? After stepping out, I was in a full chamber yesterday for 3 minutes and I thought my head was going to explode and 35 hours later it still hurts. Not nearly as much but I still feel a little headache. I've extreme Arthritis and sadly I did not get the endorphin rush, but my arthritis feels better today.

  Congrats on 5 years!! We visit centers across the country, and yours is still at the top of our list❤ Red light would be awesome to get. We tried a BioCharger yesterday and that was really neat, too. Keep up the good work!

  Great regimen, Jared! I also use float therapy and cryo as my go-to therapies. I have been athletic for over 32 years, worked as a personal trainer and now in physical therapy, and I try to encourage my friends, family, patients, and clients to give it a try. The cryo is cold, but it definitely helps your body release its own healing proteins to reduce inflammation. The week after my cryo, I feel great! Big congratulations 🎊, sounds like Jared's well on his way to having a healthy, active, therapeutic career in basketball. I didn't know Steph Curry utilized float therapy. Now I see why he stays tight on his game as he ages👍🏽.

  The pillow- I have neck and back issues can you have an extra to put under the knees? My legs can’t be straight out. Or, if you bend your knees in is it still floating or would you sink?

  @deannapeters211 your feet would just be on the bottom of the tub/tank but your upper & mid would still float. What I can't stretch on dry land bcuz I'm not flexible I was able to do it in the water. For example, my front thigh crease always hurts & needs to be stretched; I was able to gently move my leg back to where I felt that stretch exactly where I needed it and I moved a few other areas of my body too in that water. It felt SO good.

  I enjoyed my visit. I did Cryo, Halo, & Float Therapies. The Cryo three minutes were the longest three minutes of my life. 🤣💛 Very wonderful staff. What a wonderful place.
