  Nerfing the worst agent in the game is wild but def something expected of riot, make the heal 75 and leave everything else and this agent might actually start being useful outside of smurfing 2 ranks under. Also fucking nerfed the only skilful part of razes kit, leaving all the brain damage untouched...
