"It was a major decision to come this far from home. People like us who have limited resources, but big dreams, need as much help as we can get. The University offers the most help of any university in the whole world in building your IT career. MIU has given me the door to a better career, and helped me to accomplish this on my own, sparing the burden to my parents. This is one of a kind. My dream is coming true. Yours can too." --Istiaque Ahmed Khan (Bangladesh)

Keep the desire strong and let's hope that someday you will be able to realize your dreams. Our initial price is the lowest you might find anywhere. If you can't afford it now, we will be here when you are ready. Best of luck.

Very good. Our MS in Computer Science is for experienced software developers who have earned a 3-4 year bachelor's degree in a computer science-related field. An online programming test in C, C plus plus, C sharp, or Java is part of the application process. To learn about the requirements for the MS in Computer Science program for Computer Professionals, please visit our website at compro.miu.edu/apply/. Basically, you need to have a 3-4 year bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with some formal university programming, mathematics, and data structures courses; a GPA of 3.0 out of 4, and international applicants need at least 6 months of full-time computer programming work experience. With a grade point average below 3.0, your application will be considered if there is strong professional work experience as a software developer, or you have graduated from a top-level university (as ranked on the world scale). To be eligible for our Computer Science Master's program, you must have a working knowledge, and pass a test in one of the following programming languages: Java, C, "C plus plus", or "C sharp". We are looking for experienced software developers. However, for applicants with a minimum 3.5 out of 4.0 CGPA, the work experience requirement may be waived if you meet additional requirements (international students). Intermediate English is also needed. To apply, please go to HTTP://ComPro.miu.edu/apply/ and APPLY ONLINE. Initially free to apply.

how to apply i am interested!!
Steps of applying are shown on ComPro.miu.edu/apply/. It's easy to apply. There is no initial cost to apply, and we will give preliminary response within 5-10 days. For international students, the initial cost, covering 2 semesters of coursework, organic dining, health insurance and comfortable housing (single room) on our campus in the US (near Chicago) is between $3000 and $7500, depending on your initial level of qualification. More experienced, senior SDs pay the least up front. (You would pay us between $3000 and $7500 initially, while having at least $2200 available for personal expenses while here. NOT DUE until you start classes on campus.) The remainder of the $43K to $46K total program cost is covered by a loan we help you to arrange in a local bank. You would only take a loan AFTER getting hired to do curricular practical training (CPT) practicum in a US company (up to 2 years). Average starting salaries have been $80,000 to $90,000/year, so it is very comfortable to repay the loan while doing an practicum. See ComPro.miu.edu/financial-aid/ for details. We are now accepting applications for our August 2020, November 2020 and February 2021 entries.

Please is the scholarship program fully funded?
What we offer is actually better than a scholarship. Low initial cost, bank loan we help arrange, and paid internship that typically earns $80,000 to $90,000 a year to start. The loan is easily repaid prior to graduation. One initial payment for internationals, of only $3000 to $7500 (depending on the level of qualification) covers all on-campus costs for 8 months (tuition, single residence hall room, organic dining, health insurance). When a student gets a paid internship offer, we help you get a bank loan for the balance of the total program cost of $43,000 to $46,000. Students also need to bring an additional $2200 for personal expenses while on the MIU campus. See ComPro.miu.edu/financial-aid/ please. **The initial payment of $3000 to $7500 (depending on strength of your application) is NOT DUE until you arrive on campus to start courses. You do pay your own visa and travel expenses.
Never seen developers hanging around like this..:D
It is rare. We like to have balanced lives. :)
À great place...
Congra to learn in such university

Hi MUM, I'm an electrical engineer. I have learn some basic programming in C in my university. I'm also interested in Computer programming. Can I join this program ?
Hi . Thank you for your interest and for letting friends know about our Computer Professionals Master's MSCS) program at MUM (USA). Emphasis is on software development, web application and data science. Java is our main teaching language. We have designed the program to be highly affordable. The cost is only $4,000-$7,500 to start (first 8 months on campus), and the remaining balance of the tuition fee is paid off 'over time' from your wages while doing a practical training internship in a company in the US (international students only). *** Please be sure to watch our special short video at the top of ComPro.mum.edu *** ***REQUIREMENTS*** A Bachelor's degree in computer-related area is required, with a grade point average of at least 2.7 out of 4.0 (B-) and knowledge of C, C++, C# or Java is needed to pass our online programming test. We also like to see at least 6 months programming job experience outside of classwork." Graduating or final year students with a high GPA from top universities, and NO work experience may apply. See ComPro.mum.edu/apply/#require-ments/ . **DATA SCIENCE** We have an award-winning Data Science curriculum. The Data Science track includes the following core courses: Big Data, Big Data Technologies, Big Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. Supporting courses that anyone in this track should take (or waive) include: Algorithms, Web Application Programming and Database Management Systems. - Additional requirements for entering Data Science track: Data sciences has a strong analytic math/statistics emphasis. Students interested in this track should indicate their interest as part of their application. To be accepted, students should ideally have a GRE quantitative score in the 70th percentile (158) or above. They must also have sufficient mathematics courses on their transcript including at a minimum calculus and probability, and ideally also linear algebra and statistics. Students without a GRE will be considered if their grades and math background are sufficiently strong. ***APPLY*** If you feel you meet all the application requirements at ComPro.mum.edu/apply/#require-ments/ you can APPLY ONLINE. You may apply up to 12 months before a desired entry. We do not require the IELTS or TOEFL, because we do English language interviews by phone or Skype. It is easy to apply at ComPro.mum.edu/apply/. There is no initial cost to apply, and we will give preliminary response within a few days. Our Admissions staff will advise on visa preparation once you receive full acceptance. Although the GRE is not required in most countries (except Indians without work experience, and Iranians, and those with GPA below 2.7 out of 4), GRE is strongly recommended, because embassy officials like to see that you have taken it when considering you for an F-1 student visa. It also helps to increase your initial qualification level, so that you might be asked to pay less tuition initially. To learn about the GRE see www.ets.org/gre/. - ***COST*** Initial $5,000-$7,500 payment (not due until students arrive on campus) covers 2 semesters (8 months) of coursework, health insurance, organic dining and single housing on our campus in the US (near Chicago). You only take a loan AFTER completing on-campus courses and getting hired to do curricular practical training (CPT) in a U.S. company. ***PAID CPT POSITIONS*** Typical starting curricular practical training (CPT) salaries have averaged around $80,000 per year, so it is very comfortable to repay the loan while doing an internship. The IT market is excellent in the U.S. (98-99% placement for our students.) See ComPro.mum.edu/internships/ for details. - ***FINANCIAL AID*** What we offer is actually better than a scholarship! Low initial cost, bank loan we help arrange, and paid practical training that typically earns $75,000 - $80,000 a year to start. The loan is easily repaid prior to graduation.
