Bless those Chickens...
Thank you! I watched this on MTV back in the day and waited almost 30 years to hear these songs live again. It’s a shame there aren’t any visuals. Maybe one day I’ll find them ✌🏻
This from the radio... I don't think they filmed them unless the groop did it themselves...
don't be daft di, this is the shiz like, you know.
Baby greensleves

Hi. Thank you so much for uploading this, I knew I had some songs missing. I uploaded my worn out cassette copy a few years ago of the session but it was bad quality as I was a kid then and had bad radio reception where I lived. I thought the session was better than all their albums and I played it over and over until I was able to pick up their albums many years later. The version I recorded may have been a repeat (as Peel often did) as I only had some of the tracks. You mislabelled one of the songs by the way, you put "Neita Grew Up Last Night" but it was actually "Modern Fix" which morphed into "Neita". They also had a brief version of "Girls of Somalia" towards the end of "Microwave Music". I didn't have "Mongol Yoke Prelude", "Can't Shake Loose" or "She Collides With Me". Was this the original order he played them in as it looks like I missed the beginning and end songs despite listening to his whole show? Weird. How did you get hold of the session, did you record it? Thanks again for uploading this magic. My version is on my channel and due to the bad quality I think it sounds better personally (could be because I'm used to it) as it's full of character and bouncy bass.
Funny I can never remember people complaining to old misery if he repeated a session in a different order... Always misslabeling me... My ears aren't what they used to be... They used to be my eyes... Will load up others SCF sessions some day...
Wonderful. I saw them about 3 weeks after this at Sydney Sussex, Cambridge - one of my first dates with my now wife - it was a totally electric evening, loved every second
Ganesh would be touched... Bringing hearts together...
Always odd to come across a Fall thing here with no comments, when so many have so many. This is cool, thanks for sharing.
More ears than eyes.... Fingers are too confusing...

I've been listening to Reverberation~ ever since it was released. All of these songs will give you happiness no matter what. Very good. brilliant. 18:56
10 years, 511 views, 4 likes. Hidden gem. The hit song River is not exactly to my liking, but all the rest is awesome.
Yeah this is genuinely awesome. Too bad TMS Reddit doesn't care about any music that's not TMS.
Saw them quiet a few times support THE THOMPSON TWINS around the end of 1981 start of 1982, where they started the trend of THOMPSON TWINS support acts that had hits before they did... Apparently they liked a drink or few... They had a song called "temptation" which I loved live but the single sounded almost half speed....
Total blast from the past. I recorded Out To Lunch of the radio back in the day. So weird to hear it again after all this time.
OMG I love this so much! This is amazing! I didn't know they released anything before 87.
Is there a film footage for this performance?
:)
Premier League artists given the reputation of A Tranmere Rovers type of club. Interesting eclectic upload as fresh as a sunflower on a roof garden in the rain. Thanks
Steel Pulse👏🏻👏🏻
It’s Dee from It’s Always Sunny
I’ll never forgive the Australian guy I bought this bootleg tape from who never sent it to me. Whoever you are: this isn’t over. You might think it is, but you’d be wrong.
Love Loudon. I always thought his music feels even less restrained and more confrontational than even most heavy bands, despite his tone being more comedic.
Great! Great!! Great!!!
Pure gold! Thanks for sharing.
This version of Message in a Bottle is really fantastic- love hearing just Andy's guitar in the intro with that slightly overdriven flange, then the harmonic guitar he adds, but also listening to Stewart's drumming and the way he varies it up so brilliantly every time- couple of the verses are more like the De Do Do Do De Da Da Da beat
Alisons's voice, cuts like a blade… 🤩
What they accomplished with what they had is amazing. Really happy I found their music recently.
I went to this concert Sonic youth blew everyone else out of the building that night.. Including the Jesus and Mary chain..
This is one of my favourite songs of theirs and I so wish this had been on one of the albums!
