Anyone knows why Ify Obidegwu and Dylan Williams isnt on the game? Maybe they aren’t enrolled now?
If there's sensationalized or exaggerated promotion to CONTINUE just tell us if Spencer wants to continue his favorite MO.
People need to stop “fearing” guys transferring out. If they are good enough, they will play and get paid. If they aren’t, they will move on
You’re right about getting by with good qb play, Alabama qb’s didn’t get good until about 2019
Honestly I had all confidence in DJ picket in coming to the Ducks until last Tuesday. Last Monday locked on Canes guest went on a rant about Pickett not coming. Next day he comes back & say he’s talked to some people and he’s going to Miami. Of course I hope I’m wrong.
I remember that a certain head coach in recent history called out his old head coach for walking out on oregon. He even took a shot across the bow as to say, " I'm here for the long haul." Never did I think long haul was only four years. Good luck Mario
Go Ducks!!!
Go Ducks!!!
Quit naming specific players you want to transfer out before theyve even played a down. Bad form.
Go Ducks!
This part of the preseason is so annoying. Spencer is the biggest naysayer ever. Can we get somebody else for locked on DUCKS that isn't going to speculate that any other team or player is better? Somebody else who isn't a Debbie downer on the DUCKS preseason?
Ahhh yes. More Mario sucks at offense Jabs. 😅
This wouldn’t be 3 straight top 3 classes. What are you talking about. Just stop
Looks like we might flip Offord!
Where u see that
@@markkernozhitskiy2169 Sports illustrated article. He might choose to de committ? and is considering Oregon and Auburn.
My boy Jake Crain going back and forth in the background.
Stop speculating on players you think will transfer, that is very poor journalism, you should be spanked!!
scooducks💚💛🦆love y’all !!!!!
Why are you such a Dillon Gabriel hater?
The FREE tour of Hollywood for the parents is no longer a perk. and the 3rd world conditions are not conducive to out of state recruits. 👀👀
🦆🦆🦆
What a great time to be a Duck. We are now have the problem of holding on to players because we have too much talent! Looking at USC struggles with recruiting and question if the location of the school is hurting them. Just wondering if kids across the country have a vision of what Los Angeles is like and are disappointed when they see the actual neighborhood.
I think it's more about the staff and the narrative around the program than the city itself
Watching a few shows behind but Michigan’s defense on the EA game is disgusting. Very annoying to play against. Appreciate the response to the question though! The IG Live response took a little long 😂 but I also love the old fashioned hats choice.
If he wins big, then yes.
Can we expect the same amount of “ openness “from our current coaching staff? Practices seems more closed and other information seems to be just guesses I don’t see why it has to be so closed. We don’t need to give everything away to other teams but the game is played on the field for the most part. Just think it’s a sign of not being confident enough in our system and program.
Well I guess there’s a lot of insecure programs out there then, since most of the big programs are pretty guarded.
They keep stuff guarded/close to the chest, nothing new in CFB
Lanning has been more open than any coach since Bellotti, and more open than most other power 5 conferences.
Dan singing?! What cant he do?
That's what I'm wondering.
He can’t beat Washington. Lost to Oregon State. Got blown out by Georgia. Dan hasn’t accomplished anything. Helfrich did more with lesser rated classes. Tired of all the hype. Time to win.
@@teeduck anywho
@@dashien2605 you’re satisfied with losing? All these top classes are great. But it’s the on the field field performances that count.
@@teeduck anywho
If we lose some WR’s its ok honestly. I think Kasper, Make Jurrion if he doesn’t make an impact soon, possibly justus lowe but he’s had significant snaps. Should be interesting
Jurrion has a higher ceiling than those other 2 receivers plus the 2 new ones they got this last year. Jurrion had a foot injury in the spring game. He’ll be back.
Go Ducks
GO 🦆🦆🏈!
The reason you think you're dissing Gabriel is because you do and have. Go look at what you said once he became a Duck. We all know he's not Bo. Just own it.
So I don't think someone is good if I don't think he's gonna have the best statistical season in Oregon history?
Sad fact of the new reality, I have a feeling we’re never going to get to see the full potential Kasper realized. And honestly unless Dickey blows people away in practice I don’t know if Dan will be willing to play him in front of GBJr, Holden, Tez and Stewart. I know they say if you’re good enough you’re old enough, but I still think there’s a bit of preference to upper classmen
I’ve said the same thing
I concur on the upper classmen/transfers notion Kasper has been this patient, but it is asking a lot for him to just keep waiting his turn.
@@LockedOnOregonDucks I’m just hoping things even out on the transfer WR front, because having all 4 starters be transfers while players like Kasper and Dickey possibly leaving is a worrisome omen. I know McLellan, Pellum, Wilson and Moore (and Bair eventually) is amazing, it’s slightly less impressive if they get beat out by a handful of transfers
I want to like this so badly but I can't be the one who ruins the current count! 😂
Hahaha I support likes no matter the numbers
Calling LSU a tittle contender is wild to me 🤔
💚💛🦆🦆
Gabriel is short. But that can also be an advantage. Hard to find behind a big offensive line.
Low man wins (LMJ/Kenjon taught us that)
🦆🦆🦆
Go Ducks!
Go Ducks!
Why do you hate on Gabriel
Go Ducks!!!
DJ Pickett was rumored to go to Oregon up until Tuesday last week.
Dan has a bonus structure that includes a recruiting class rating component.
Go Ducks!!!
There’s a quality that Gabriel has when I’ve seen him in interviews that seems special. I wouldn’t be shocked if he was a Heisman candidate.
Do u really think Pickett will chose us over Miami
From what I've heard/seen, it's neck-and-neck
😮 Spencer, is that a hint of a tan I detect? 😂
Many times on the golf course will do that. My sock tan is GNARLY
There is a 5 star OL commitment date of Aug 17th. Oregon is in the mix.
Is that the 6’7” 300+ guy?
@@montebowker6058 he was posted in an Oklahoma Sooners uniform. But it said in the comments that Oregon was in his picks.
A lot of money has been bet on Gabriel, thus driving his position on the leader board. Gabriel might not be Bo, but Stewart may be more than Troy to equal out
Stewart is at least a 1:1 talent on pure WR skills
You just made the point why Gabriel is the favorite for Heisman but you claim he won’t.
No he didn't he literally said bo was better and bo didn't win it. Kinda the base of his argument. We run tge ball to much to pad stats like Daniel's and lsu did. That's the biggest issue (I believe) won't have the completion % Bo did and will definitely have more turnovers(hope not 🤞) has a good chance if we go undefeated and beat teams by 20 point average for the season. 🤞 hope that happens too! No disrespect intended. Just heard Spencer explain his view on this subject a few times now as well. Go ducks! Natty bound P.S. any word on jurions health??
@@joshthom1937 No word on Jurrion's health Even going 12-0 might not get Gabriel the Heisman, like I said Penix threw for almost 5,000 yards and went 13-0 without winning
I love everyone forgets Florence is still on the team
If I made a 2-deep right now I sure wouldn't. He's my starting field corner
The reason people think you’re talking down about Dillon Gabriel is because some of your earlier comments when we first got him…and people like me have been saying he should be the heisman leader, since he has the highest returning QBR, and a higher pff grade than every QB in the country. And again people think you’re slighting him because you can’t see the abilities, for some reason, even though every other top expert can. He also basically had the same seasons entering their last season at Oregon with Will Stein… Bo played 13gms in 2022 294 completions 409 attempts 71.9 completion% 3593 p/yds 8.8 yds/a Dillon had 1 less game…with 12gms in 23 266 attempts 384 completions 69.3 completion% 3660 p/yds 9.5 yds/a With Steins offense he’ll be able to make easier completions, for more yds…compared to the Oklahoma offense that is built on middle to deep length passes. And they didn’t have a lot of talent except for the slot and anderson on the outside. But in Oregon’s offense, he is going to have 7 or 8 targets to throw to that are just as talented, or even more talented than what he had last year. To throw what Bo threw for, Gabriel will have an extra 2gms compared to last year, and he’ll only have to throw for an extra 64yds/g…or an extra 16yds per quarter…and with an increased completion percentage, more talent, that will be easy.
It's not just throwing the ball, it's understanding defenses .
@@brianmcmeat1306 I agree with that. Bo Nix had 7 INt’s the year before he worked with Stein… and Dillon Gabriel had 6 INTs. I think Gabriel will be closer to the 2 to 4 INT with Stein as his QB coach, since Gabriel has had two season with 3 or 4 INTs already. And he’s never thrown more than 6 INTs in one season outside of 7 for his true freshman yr. I expect Stein to do the same things for Gabriel that he did for with UTSA’s QB in the one year, and Bo Nix in one year…which is add 1000yds to what they did the season before… when they didn’t have Stein. And lastly… I think Stein is going to have Gabriel run a lot more than Bo did in 2023… Since they didn’t trust Ty last year, if Bo got injured again. Gabriel is an amazing runner in space, and in traffic… If you’ve seen his highlights. So I expect this offense could be a lot more potent this year… Especially since Gabriel will get a bunch of needed first downs, that Bo wasn’t getting last year..
@@1876Oregon agree totally - well said my Duck bro...GO Ducks!
