Thank you. I'm going to try again keeping it straight as possible. 😊

Question, my problem is water leaking at the suction cap next to the flow indicator as soon as button is turned on$ any solution ?
As explained in the video, this is a direct indicator that your flow indicator has failed. That is not a suction cap, it is a diversionary port for the hose/tool combination with a self-sealing gasket inside that is a part of the flow indicator. If water is escaping from that port, the flow indicator in its entirety has failed-Amanda S.
I don't get suction out of the tube/brush attachment either - would this make any difference in that case?
Because the hose is a separate piece, the answer is not. This area is not the problem. You will need to thoroughly clean your hose and tool, removing anything from both that might prevent appropriate working order.-Amanda S.

Excellent video Ms J 👍
How do I tell if my Bissels problem is the Foot Motor or the Vacuum Motor? What does the Foot Motor do?
how much is the mtor?
The foot motor, part #2037431, is available through many different authorized retailers. Search by the part number and you will have choices. Just remember to keep your gray bushing from your foot motor for the new one!-Amanda S.
Do you recommend this vacuum?
@derellscott6695-Thank you for the inquiry! As this vacuum is an industry standard design, I do recommend this vacuum for customers that want a straightforward, no frills vacuum! It has one purpose in its life and that is to get the dirt off of the floor :) But, please make sure you keep belts (BG-23) on hand. They are the only "consumable good" on these machines as the dirt passes the belt as it enters the vacuum.-Amanda S., Customer Service
Ok I'm probably going to buy this on bissell commercial website.
@@derellscott6695 We will be here and ready to support you should you need us for any reason during or after your purchase!-Amanda S.
I do have a question. What's the difference between the Bissell bgu8000 and the bgu8500 vacuum?
@@derellscott6695-The biggest difference between the BGU8000 and the BGU8500 is that we are still manufacturing and selling the BGU8000. The BGU8500 has been discontinued-Amanda S.
Does anyone know of a multi-surface brush that can be used with this vacuum? We are a small cleaning company and aren't comfortable using this brush on hardwood floors. Any help would be great.
Does anyone know a good hard surface floor attachment for these vacuums?
I have to say that the floor brushes bleed brown. I had to soak them to get more color out of them and still have brown suds on my floor.
@StampwithGailsu - This is the first time I have had this reported and I am needing some details if you would be so kind as to provide them! Are you referencing the brown (natural fiber) brushes? And what solution are you using on the floor/brushes? We are only asking so that we might be able to recreate during a test scenario for you and any other future customers.-Amanda S.

Isn’t this just a green power force bagged? What’s the difference? Is it more durable?
This is, indeed, a commercial version of the extremely popular Powerforce vacuum. It has been adapted to meet OSHA standards for use in the workplace. The machine is built to endure every day usage in a high volume environment (hotels, medical facilities, etc.)-Bissell Commercial Customer Service
Jesus Loves you ❤️
My flow indicator is not spinning nor is the brush and i cant spray water from the bottom. What can be the issue?
Thanks
You are just the nicest person. You explain everything nicely. I am sure your customers appreciate you so much.
Brand new out of box mine isn’t work. Flow indicator not moving at all. Tried pushing the gasket down. Nothing. It’s not leaking. The vacuum motor turns on. When I pull the handle down you can hear it turn on but that’s it. Water isn’t spraying and it loses suction
Did you figure it out or just return and exchanged for a new one?
Would this machine clean tile and grout?
Would this unit also work to clean tile and grout?
My store’s problem with ours is that the dirt only collects in the upper and lower hoses. The dirt bag doesn’t collect any dirt :/
Ok my pump is working fine, but my hose is not spraying what could be the issue?
If the machine is spraying out of the bottom of the machine but not out of the top through the hose, most likely it is just the flow indicator going bad. The flow indicator not only indicates the flow of solution running through the machine, it also diverts the water from the bottom of the machine to the top when the hose/tube are plugged in for use-Amanda
Probably hard water buildup if you didn't use distilled water. I used our tap and I suspect that's my problem somewhere on my machine. It happened with one of my steam cleaners too.
Is there any known pumps that can fit and be an upgrade to these machine's? Something with more pressure?
According to the engineers, there has never been a reason to do so-Amanda
This shit is so hard for no reason.
Some days, we would 100% agree with you!
Wonderful video! Clear audio directions, wonderful video and it proceeded at a nice pace for doing the repair. Thank you for keeping carpet shampooers, that have an easily fixable problem, out of our landfill!

Brush motor kicks on for about 5 sec then cuts out. Put handle back up and pull back down and it repeats above. Motor or circuit board🤔?
Mine is doing this too. I found that 120v DC is no longer going to the motor when the motor turns off so I suspect it's a board issue. I ordered a board but it's not here yet.
Can you show what it looks like with a frozen solenoid valve?
Thank you very much! Saved $100s
We are very glad we could be here to help!-Amanda
