    Since I play ARAM only, I never thought about rushing AD and crit - feathers are crucial when there are nothing except teamfights and pushing, so it always was kraken/Statikk into Navori into IE. But I'll try it anyway (with PTA, of course)... If someone will invite me to play that game again.

    Maxing E for E cd. The early lack of AtkSpd hurts. Crit + AtkSpd mid game is important. Early, AD is 2x important. HOB. I go IE rush. The components are nice paired with Beserkers early. Pickaxe/Cloak/BF Sword You'll get AD + Crit + move speed + AtkSpd + auto's crits do more dmg. (From the first item + boots) If you can't afford the items for IE first, then pivot into Collector build, as its more forgiving with Serrated Dirk/Pickaxe/Cloak Next item must have AtkSpd + crit. It should preferably have MOVESPEED to reposition for E finishers. And AD is always on the table. Yun Tal is always a best purchase late game if you already have high AD. It can be switched out if you didn't prioritize AD as much IE > Beserkers > Phantom/Navori > Bloodthirster > ??? > Yun Tal Collector > Beserkers > IE > Phantom/Navori > Bloodthirster > Yun Tal

    @@CoachSagi So there's a lot of mistakes that you're just ignoring I feel and you're only trying to teach him things that you already wanted to talk about. Like 3:15 right? He auto attacks as Naut which is a guaranteed stun (obviously) and it procs glacial so Mao is at least 30% slowed, but then he immediately hooks. When you're playing Naut specifically you want to wait after your auto and glacial proc for if he flashes so you can follow him, or let him get distance to drag him back, because the further away a target is from Naut the more value you get from Q. This was a really wasteful hook, and it probably doesn't lead to a kill or anything but it's good to talk about. He's also igniting full HP. I get you want to trade flash as Naut early, but losing ignite like this loses so much kill pressure for the next 3 minutes. 10:56 He's just wasting W, because he activates it in the bush to walk up. And he loses value from the shield. Ideally you want to be able to walk up, hook Auto, then W because you can walk with the target and get value from W magic damage autos, and if you want to sponge damage surely you wait till you're being hit. It's like Janna with ardent, once the ADC starts attacking you want to throw down ardent because they're already attacking to maximize the value. 11:52 It's also a bad hook and clicks, because they're under tower, but he's walking away from Mao after. Surely he wants to ideally hook Mao and then click forwards, because Naut is such a lane bully and Mao is kind of terrible, he can click forwards with E slow and W autos, ignite. If he's learning to click forwards after good hooks he's going to get more kills. 13:29 I may be wrong here, but in my opinion Knights vow is way stronger in this situation. Because locket is great against AP burst, or burst in general not as strong against like Kha, cause he can get serpents fang, but it's good against burst. But you have WW Sylas, and you can even just put it on Kai sa, but all the champions on your team benefit more from Knights vow than locket. I assume you get both but the order would make vow stronger first. Especially since we use it on Sylas and he dies anyway. Also just a tip in roaming in general, Idk how old this video is but if you CAN roam to grubs, it can be worth doing. Especially as Naut who loves to fight early on and often and be with his team as much as he can be. Also I feel like the clicking just leaks into teamfights. He plays like a soraka. He's very nervous and playing back, and walking back he needs to get into the mindset that Naut is like Pyke, or Rengar or Riven, you want to be actively making plays and playing super aggressively and click forwards, Q, wait Auto, E walk forwards, W, autos, and orb walk it. And if he's a Naut main, it can help to learn that W is an Auto attack reset. So that's why I think this coaching is about the coach having something particular in mind to talk about and talking about it no matter what else happens in game.

    @@KinginTurqoise you seem to not understand how coaching works. First of all this is a 20min shortened edit of a 90 min session. Second of all read the title of the video. ITS WHY YOU ARE NOT CLIMBING AS SUPPORT. So I'm telling him what he needs to do to climb and win more which is what he paid for. Keep that in mind. You might have seen these rando yt coaches that tell you every tiny mistake to flex their knowledge. That is not how a student improves. What you do is you focus on the main bottlenecks the student is doing wrong and needing to climb. What you're saying is that I should have flexed my knowledge by pointing out every tiny mistake. The student doesn't have the time nor the necessity for that. You need to talk about the overarching biggest concepts preventing him from climbing and build from the ground up. You strike me as LS watcher maybe? This approach is why I can do this for a living and I have so many thousands of students with such good climbing % after session. I would focus on things like bad clicks if he was higher elo or if it was something preventing him from climbing. But the session being 60-90 minutes i'm not gonna do that - and I do it on other sessions if you look at my channel. Your comment is a big red flag of "why don't you coach like emerald hardstuck coach mentioning clicks" You seem to have consumed too much coaching content of coaches who focus on flexing their knowledge for the youtube video & overfocus on only the clicks and say fuck it to the student actually meaningfully improving Anyway this is a 20min shortened edit of a full 90 min session by the way, i only put the "important" parts in the video And BTW I say this as a Challenger ADC main who actually focuses A LOT on clicks when I coach my students and I'm one of the only coaches in the scene who has mechanics coaching and invented tons of mechanics drills for clicking. I know the importance of clicking probably more than most other coaches so that's why I know it's not as important in this case tl;dr: If I'm doing a free session that I'm just farming my student to flex my knowledge for YT I'd coach more like you're saying. Students pay to climb and improve tho.

    @@KinginTurqoise Just for example you're completely wrong about 3:15, the right coaching teaching here is that he should never do this bc he has no followup + loses kill pressure in lane + baiting fid to start Q etc etc, how exactly he played it is irrelevant because this NEVER WORKS in the first place. So you want me to flex my knowledge by teaching him something inconsequential that doesn't help in any way. It is a right advice, but you want to make him improve and climb by carefully choosing the hills you die on, according to his current skill level and make him improve from there, rather than throwing every single piece of knowledge. I'm not a content coach. HE should have just waited for sylas to be closer. I do mention the lack of kill pressure btw

  • @KinginTurqoise
    @KinginTurqoiseАй бұрын

    @@CoachSagi I hate LS. I think LS is a bad coach honestly. But no 3:15 does still apply. Because yeah he shouldn't be doing it. But the ideas still apply. You can't say in a perfect world this doesn't happen, because it has happened. But the concept of waiting on hook and not igniting full HP targets is still a mistake, Fid starting Q isn't something he forced, Fid could do the sensible thing and ignore a bad play. Also how are you NOT a content coach? You're literally clickbaiting titles. And if you want to attack me for who I watch, I watch Veigar V2

    As the other comment mentioned, the high ad on jhin doesn't have synergy with yun tal. If the bleed of yun tal did not stack on each proc and only refreshed the bleed, jhin would be the best holder of yun tal. But since it stacks, you would have the same yun tal damage with half of the ad and double attack speed. The build seems to work in several reasons, but jhin's high ad and yun tal's bleed is not one of them imo. Here's what I think was good of this build. 1. You need crit% items for the yun tal to work. Other adcs need to build KS or SS to scale but Jhin can just go IE and skip non-crit items. 2. Yun tal and hurricane works really well, as you mentioned on the video. My guess is that it doesn't have to be Jhin to use this build. You just need an ADC that likes to build runaan's and crit rather than on-hit, and he would need to have high dps. Aphelios comes into mind since the high dps. Zeri and Twitch also likes runaan's and crit and has high dps. But Ashe might be the best holder since she has her Q that makes it a lot easier to proc the yun tal. Anyways, thanks for the video! Always helpful and interesting.

    yes, with way less damage on each proc than jhin... the whole point is that jhin can hit once and get away and thats already insane damage. so you can hydra reset and in a fraction of a second do like 1k aoe damage without having to repeat auto. did you watch the video or? the whole point is that you get 90%AD scaling on aoe with a champ that can reach 800ad so with an autoattack reset +hydra dmg it's like 200-200%ad aoe insantly

But when i try to tower dive in soloq i am left with both enemies at 10 hp and my adc walking away, saying why i dove 95% of the time.... the coach is making the correct play, the client is making the correct move. I love when content creator's post there in game twitch i get to hear or sometimes see there recording. They are left jaw dropped each time. My fave was a challenger adc helping his support who was the streamer in bot lane. I have some trouble understanding the second paragraph, the wording is a bit confusing so I can't answer it. As for the first one, you need to communicate your intentions with pings before you do them. It has more than 50% chance of success so you should do this. If your teammates are not following your plays more than half the time, a) you aren't communicating properly, and b) the plays you go for probably aren't as good as you thought

My current opinion is don't follow calls and think for yourself if you think it's good then follow. I had countless lost games because i decided to help my jungler who started drake without smite (after i won the fight bot). What happend: it took to long we died. Or it didn't take to long and we lost it randomly to the enemy jungler. The thing that loses most of my games are drake calls. In lategame junglers think it's super important to get dragon soul or a single drake and they walk into an jungle with 5 people there with 0 vison. Things like that happen way too often.

Fights like: go in and after trading go out are usually to hard. Or baron calls where i rely on smite or i rely on my team going away when the enemies come are things i try to avoid.
