Tom Voyage

Tom Voyage

For me, Nothing beats cooking food, outdoors over an open fire, surrounded by friends and family. Pizza has always been at the heart of my culinary favourites as it’s so versatile and great to share.
During the lockdown of 2020, I bought my first pizza oven, and wanted to film my experiences honing the craft of pizza making to help and inspire others, So I grabbed my dough balls and camera, and set to work.
Four years later, I’m fortunate enough to be able to make pizza every weekend, filming my journey and turning my love of pizza making into a dedicated You Tube channel

If you share my love of pizza making, hit subscribe! You won’t regret it!

I just received mine this week but haven’t used it yet. I got the converter that allows use of wood pellets such as are used with pellet grills/smokers. Thats easier for me than firewood.

I believe in high temperature is needed not in lower temperature... And you need something to make the heat to reflect to the top, as i think the head cover is two high for the pizza

At least with little kids, 40 minutes for the arc to heat up for a neapolitan during a weekday is a deal breaker. I would much rather have the arc, but heat up time is too long.

Why??? That’s not a homemade burger…just buy some mince and add salt… Not sure what the point of that video was but here I am watching it as an Ooni 12g owner. I’ll get that pan for sure but will raise the game on those pitiful burgers.

Great video. I think you're meant to use spirit alcohol in the alcohol burner. This way, you will get a hot, and almost invisible blue flame for cooking like the original Trangia camping stoves.

If I need to buy a new pizza oven, absolutely not from Ooni. Ooni tends not fix any fixable fault and no add-on features. They just have new model and leave you in the dust.
