  I would say that, if you do not want to see leaks/spoilers and still end up seeing them, try not to let yourself get too bothered by it. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to push it out of your mind, try to accept it, so that even if you do remember it, you will not be as bothered. If you are bothered, then maybe try to distract yourself with something unrelated? Again, easier said than done, but it could likely be helpful.

  I have this browser extension called Unhook that allows me to hide things on KZread such as recommended videos, videos on the home page, comments, other things. Allowed me to use KZread without much risk of seeing leaks and spoilers. But regardless of that it is still good to be careful when looking at OSC content. And, I have had the extension for around two and a half months, I cannot guarantee that it is safe but so far I seem fine?
