  You did not address the risk of post-surgical infections, failed fusions, hardware failure, hardware loosening, etc.? These are well known post-spine surgery complications that are still quite prevalent despite technological advances... post-surgical infections being most common, and with further risks of unresolved recurring infection even after revision surgery and antibiotics. Will you please address these risks? There was another spine surgeon G Balamurali from Kauvery Hospital Chennai, that like you also said the spine surgery is now very safe because of technological advances. Objectively speaking, post-spine surgery complications although lowered due to tech advances, are still very much present, thus none can objectively say that spine surgery is totally safe. Even highly experienced surgeons like Sushil Patkar, P S Ramani, Atul Goel, etc. could never say that spine surgery is really safe. I think what needs to be included as a holistic surgical solution is - optimal preparation before surgery (treatment to any comorbidites, raising the body's prana to optimal level, optimising immunity, etc.) to reduce to the minimal all possible risks of complications.... this too needs to be addressed. Your response to the points I presented (existing risks of complications, preparation prior surgery to reduce risks of complications) through another video would be greatly appreciated.

  सर मेरी माता जी को डिस्क कंप्रेशन हुआ है 2साल पहले। बिल्कुल सेम एक्स रे है जो आप दिखा रहे है। उनका T12 में कंप्रेशन है। अभी उनको यूरीन पे कंट्रोल नही है। पेसाब निकल जाता है रात को सोने के बाद अगले दिन सुबह कपड़ो में पेशाब निकल जाता है। प्लीज बताइए क्या किया जाए। प्लीज जवाब देना Dr साब 🙏
