  And where is gateway? Remote access is not possible if gateway is inside building you are trying to access, even tho if gateway is right behind the wall.

  if anyone faced the same issue, their answer was: (You can check whether the clutch arrow is installed incorrectly, The clutch arrow needs to be downward before it can be used normally). and the issue was solved!<3

  Of course, kids might also get out by climbing the window. it is difficult to avoid it. What the purpose to make this function by our customer is to avoid the outside accidently. It is double security with the lock.

  Easy to install once you have the door openings cut. Where is the template to show where to cut the holes?

  Simple to install AFTER you drill all the proper holes! Knowing where to drill is the hard part! Why not just provide a template for your locks that buyers can download? You also use a hollow core door for the video. Try to install in a solid wood door!
