Bwipo’s problem is that his ideal teams resembled his FNC days. He constantly refers back to competing with them or versing worlds competition. Mostly, he refers to playing with Hyli who matched his all or nothing (inting) playstyle. He has been stuck in that mindset since. He says it a lot in interviews about doing something creative in game like roaming bot or one member making a crazy play and everyone follows. He hasn’t broken out of that mentality. Truly feels like he can take whatever play he wants and expects his team to follow up or outplay their opponents.

It was site wide. Twitch updated their policy publicly on June 24th, 2020stating that they were going through dms due to reports made of this type of thing. They also said they would be taking action against the highest profile offenders first or something to that effect (affect? I don't know stupid english)

The most screwed up thing is that he will come back to probably the biggest stream of his career and be financially supported by his community in a way that will just reinforce that he is too big to be truly cancelled. It's not just adolescent kids supporting this guy. He has cultivated an audience of "dude bros" that think and act like his persona all around his stream that legitimately see NO problem with what he did. Even directly under his own post admitting his guilt, you have people saying stuff like "innocent until proven guilty, let's see the chat logs before we cancel him." Nobody will ever see those chat logs. Ever. They will be sealed in some dusty vault underneath Twitch HQ for eternity, or buried in the desert with all those copies of the E.T. game. The people who support Doc are the same people who support a popular public figure in another part of American culture who continually moves the goalposts, denies fairly obvious things they've done wrong, and acts like they're bigger than life itself. The only real positive out of this whole thing is that his sponsors are fleeing at light speed to get as far away from him as possible, as well as any public figure friends who had anything to lose themselves. There's also the possibility that Twitch can sue their money back out of him for breaking NDA, since the guy who leaked it was not a signatory to the NDA and wouldn't be subject to the penalties of breaking it since he isn't employed with Twitch.

About the timing, there was a statement shortly before the ban happened by twitch saying they are aware of issues on the site with sexual abuse of children and theyre going to investigate more and start issuing permanent bans, also a somewhat credible source from a bloomberg article suggests the reason he was banned 3 years after the leaked sexting is because of a report to twitch that was made at the time so its questionable that this was an isolated incident and suggests it was either ongoing and the minor got uncomfortable enough to issue a report or someone caught wind of it in his or the minors personal lives and decided to report it. This leaves the situation looking even worse for dr. disrespect since its not really what he outlined in his tweet.
