  ゴジラの存在感といい、ナレーションやBGMの絶望感といい、全てがハイレベルでどうしようもない絶望と恐怖、まさにこれが邦画ゴジラのあるべき姿だと言えるかもしれない

  This is just…perfection. I’m not a big fan of the eldritch vibe the anime trilogy had and instead prefer a bit more of a grounded story (I still love the bonkers Showa stuff I just meant stuff like Ghidorah being an eldritch horror and stuff). But this is just so good because the monsters have a sense of tangibility to them and the visuals from the scorching sun-like beams to the dark and melodramatic defeat is a sugar rush for the eyes. This whole thing is like a metal concert on cinematic steroids (I hope that makes sense). Point is that I love this and this is by far my favorite Godzilla animation on KZread.

  This is the strangest Godzilla I've ever seen. He appears almost crystal-like/Metallic. One thing I didn't like was the way its teeth moved out of the way. Just found that disturbing. After reading a few comments, it does look very similar to Guts' Berserker Armor.
