  I worked with Danny on pier 39.....pasta factory, in 84. Hung out up on knob hill parting. A true intellect replete with library. He personally toured me around north beach and regaled about beating up dead heads. Incerdidible human He beat up a mime clown one day on our way to work. I am a lucky man. In fact , Johnny thunders through up on him in Switzerland. Funny story.

  Born FEB 1950 here. Please forgive me Almighty, but when I was a teen, I deemed Lovers' Concerto as their best. Now, I feel that Attack is their best. The vocal harmonies are unmatchable. - David Lyga

  Hi Brenda, thanks for your comment. Hope you enjoyed the video. You're right, it's not Donny Hathaway in the visuals (it's Peabo Bryson), BUT the audio is the original single release from 1980 featuring the voice of Donny Hathaway. I overdubbed it onto the video, replacing the 'live' vocal. There is no video of Roberta and Donny performing this (well, not that I could find anyway), so it's the best compromise I could come up with.

  Note: For anyone who is wondering, this is the U.S. band "The Sweet" who were active in the mid 1960's. They are a totally different outfit to the UK glam rock band of the same name who had success during the 1970's.
