At Brompfication we love Brompton folding bikes, and think it's the best folder out there - there are nothing that comes close to it in terms of a fast and compact fold.
That doesn't mean it's perfect - but if you ask us, that is where all the fun begins.
Brompfication specializes in producing parts for modifying your Brompton. Our first produkt was an improved Hinge Clamp that make folding your bike even easier. Since then many new products have been developed, the latest addition being a titanium seatpost that not only reduce weight but also increase riding comfort. We will continue developing more parts, and hope to be able to introduce several new products in the near future.
Brompfication was formed by the Danish Brompton fanatic Peter Griebel in 2010. While still a small business our passion for improving Brompton bikes have made us a widely known name in Brompton circles.

Thank you for this video. Very helpful and instructional. I couldn’t have replaced my suspension block and more importantly the seat clamp with hook. It was the spring that was tricky and you had the perfect angle.
just what i was looking for. trying to replace my 2 speed hub bearings and couldnt work out how to get the freewheel bit off (just pull it!) and how to remove the axel (from the drive side with a rubber mallet). thanks for posting this!

Will the pedal holder on the axle accept both Ezy and Ezy Superior pedals from MKS?
No they can't be used together with MKS pedals, as I have made a few improvements to the design. We been out of business for the last few years, but I'll return to Asia next month to restart production, and will be up running in the spring.
Aluminum axle? Should be a weight restriction if you are under 50 kg...
Compare to stock clamp, which one better？
Ive had clamps from bromtification and one gone broken. Thanks God it hasnt ended badly. So I installed the original back. Had you made it out of steel, I would be first one to buy it. But made out of aluminum and so tiny - I am not going to commit suicide.
THANK YOU!!!! All other videos, incl. offficial video do not show well where spring goes. Took me hours to fix that but finally could thanks to YOUR video! (Spring goes underneath the metal lever; it will try to push the lever up but you have to push it down first when inserting it then pushing the spring in, holding it tight to lever does not get pushed up; a little force is necessary. lever should then take a position in the middle of the clip frame)
can you show us how to install it?
Sweet. I've been looking for a nice set of removable pedals. Any suggestions? I'm looking for something that's lighter than the original pedals that I could put straps on. Also It would be great to have the pedals be balanced. I don't like having one really heavy pedal and one thats really light. I actually just ordered a clamp set last week from you. Hopefully I'll get to try them out this week.
What kind of pedals do you have on that bike?
