  @@blastilonic Yeah it's np, don't worry about it :) I'm happy to share the love. Yeah I have no idea why they only released the karaokes for this season's OP/EDs on this one single, it's so weird! I get that they could only fit so much onto the CD boxes but you'd think these would make it on there at least lol. Glad I could help! Have a great day too :)

  I haven't ever seen any recordings of it, no. I mean, it's possible there *is* a fan recording of it hidden away on someone's Instagram or something, I guess, but I haven't ever seen one personally. Sadly the Magic at the Musicals shows aren't broadcast on the TV, only via radio.

  This was the second part I'd seen Cedric Neal in, having caught him in Back to the Future, and I was really looking forward to seeing what he did with this number. Expectations - exceeded (and they were pretty damn high to start with). If you get a chance to see him perform it in the theatre, do so - one of my highlights from a fantastic show.

  小説版のみでCDでは語られていませんでしたが、はづきパパが監督をした時代劇映画が、主演俳優の違法薬物所持容疑による逮捕で公開中止に追い込まれてしまい(後に海外の国際映画祭で評価されて日の目を見られそうになりますが)、その製作費による借金返済の為に自宅の豪邸を手放さなければならなくなりました。はづきの破産はこの事を指しています。

  高校二年生の時に、映画監督であるはづきちゃんのパパさんが莫大な借金をして撮った時代劇映画が、主演男優の違法薬物使用による逮捕で公開中止になってしまい、借金返済のために自宅を売却しなければならなくなった事がありました(ラノベ版第４巻｢おジャ魔女どれみ17｣より)。一時ははづきちゃんもカレン女学院から美空高校への転校も考えますが、カレン女学院OBでもある関先生の尽力で奨学金を貰いながら学校に通い続ける事が出来るようになります。

  They hired the voice actors to act for the novel, put the soundtrack and all the effects and everything and then didn't make an anime adaptation. WHY!?

  Because someone at Toei decided it was better to chase the drunken social media crowd (??? or whoever Majo Minarai o Sagashite was aimed at, lol) instead of the pre-existing fanbase, I suppose. Having said that, it is pretty common for light novels and manga to get CD dramas without it leading to an adaptation (or one even being considered in the first place). heck, the original Doremi anime had a crapton of CD dramas, none of which were ever adapted for the anime. BUT ALSO they released this vid the other day to celebrate Doremi's 25th anniversary, so there actually *is* an animation for the light novels now! kzread.info/dash/bejne/m2eh3K9_qZbKcso.html

  @@MewMewSeelie Ye it was because of that animation, I found out about the novels .With that animation it was clear the amout of support from the fans I still have hope in toei making the adaptation. Maybe they'll realize that the people who loved Doremi 25 years ago are now growned up and still love her, and it would be a smart ideia to do the adaptation of the novels.

  @@Cocoterpi yeah it honestly seems like it'd be a popular idea, people have been asking for an adaptation of the novels for like a decade now!! tbh I'm not actually a big fan of the novels from what I've heard of them, but I'm still interested to see where they're going with this 1620s thing. hopefully somewhere good!
