393 calories. Buddy. The Brioche bun alone has 200kcal. And cornflakes are high in calories as well. 150g chicken is around 300 calories. Forget the sauce, forget literally everything except the bun and chicken and you're already over estimate.

The calorie difference is basically just the size of the meat being bigger thus containing more protein. This is entire clip is basically use more meat for more protein in your sandwich 😂

Made it Yesterday, ended up a bit burned in the air fryer but was still good. Living in Europe made it that i had to change a bit to more cream cheese due to our different flour. And pepperonies are hard to find.. Anyway thanks for the recipe.

Im sorry to do this buttt. Skip the stuffed crust and change the pepperoni with parma ham and u save a lot of kcal while improving proteine with the ham. Since ham is around 20kcal per whole slice u can at twice as many with less kcal
