Hi, I'm Gwyneth. I like teaching cloud computing and sharing my experiences from working in tech. I'm a Cloud Advocate at Microsoft and the author of learntocloud.guide
GPS, are you hispanic (sorry if you're not)? I'm a hispanic causing panic from the southwest breaking into the field and LOVE seeing people that look like me in tech, especially at a high level like you are and at a company like Microsoft! Thank you for the content you provide. Keep at it!

I lovs this idea. But im kinda cautious about how much of your details you can put in the resume. I guess just projects and corporate probjects.

Nothing's more valuable than getting hands dirty instead of just memorizing. Thank you for making the 5 projects free 💯 EDIT: visited channel, immediately subscribed.

Thanks! This is a great idea. You really gotta get practical and make a solid lab setup. You can watch videos to the ends of the earth and I still don't learn that much 😂 I'd call json scripting. But maybe that's just my habbit from coding days where I never touched full fledged programming languages much.

Hey what's up GPS! Thanx once again for sharing your knowledge and sharing this information with us! It's encouraging to know that there is still room out here for cloud and on-prem network engineers. I've been struggling to make a decision on what to really focus in on and it's refreshing to know that infrastructure and operations are still in the top 5! Well as usual, i appreciate all that U do for us! Thank U 4 being so dope and see U in the next one! Cheers!

Copilot I think is going to be winning product but I work for an MSP and a lot of clients are just no ready to jump into it yet due to customer data and data privacy concerns.. but then again most of them use cloud tech already and if they trust their data to be there then it’s only a matter of time If running copilot on local servers and infra is possible I think a lot of clients would be happy with that

I'm blown away that its a number of other folk who came to the HVAC or IT decision the same as me. I was 100% ready to enroll in HVAC courses after having enough of retail years ago.

Lol. We both know broke is part money coming in and part money management. And id def say emphasis on money management. You know theres serious money in IT. Were not even gonna debate that. Just stick with it. Level up. Live like you have no money. 3 pairs of shoes, 5 suits, 50 shirts, top ramen and a bottle of water lol. Jk. Stay away from that hvac. You made the right choice. Ask your boss, evem an old boss, what you need to go next level. Then ask yourself. You can do it.

I myself years ago was working retail and came to a conclusion to go to community college. From there I had two choices: HVAC or IT. Chose IT and make good money but always wonder if HVAC would have been the better route for getting to a certain income sooner.
