Delicious I added 1/3 cup almonds and 1/3 cup Chocolate chips and it turned out even more delicious
OK
I like this just with ritz crackers in place of breadcrumbs
What is your measurement?
👏😋😋
Served up some nice haddock filets baked with your recipe alongside some steamed broccoli; so good!!! You've captured a classic New England taste here. The flavor of such a good fish really shines through in this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
Can I make this as a pound cake?
will alomond or oats flour work ?
¿Could I add coffee for more flavor and color? I admire this recipe.
I am anxious to make your recipe but I only have KZread on my TV so it’s impossible to get the ingredient measurements. 😢. I’m 83yo and not tech savvy. Please share recipes measurements to your videos. Thanks ❤
I made this banana bread today and it came out great! Sooooo moist and delicious! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼❤
Trying this recipe today! Thank you!!
this looks awesome!
Hi, on the website it says: Carbohydrates: 28g is per bar ? Can I substitute Monk Fruit for the Honey to lower carbs ? anything else to lower carbs , I want to keep the banana though. Thanks.
Banana bread looks good. I want to try but do not see the right amount of ingredients.
Beautiful pork chops
Does the EVOO change the flavor of the Banana Bread at all?
Oh and I just used a fork to mix ingrients in together
Used dates instead of sugar/ sweetners ...Super declious nice and sweet and healthier
Thank you. I made this once with all purpose flower, in dark pan - and turned out great. Today I made it with all purpose and whole wheat, and did not worked as well. Will use all purpose for future breads
i've been making this a long time..but both your wrapping methods are new to me and both look easy and great. I'll try both. It is such a delicious way to cook fish and veggies. I'll check out your recipe. You've never failed me yet!

great
Your video would be perfect.... how are the viewers supposed to make the recipe without 🤔 the ingredients measurements????????
Hi! The ingredient measurements are in the video description, as well as a link to my website for the entire recipe and instructions. Hope that helps! Here’s the link - www.bowlofdelicious.com/healthy-banana-bread/
Looks great! Do you think it would taste good without the meat?
I think it would taste good! But if you want to add some protein, I think a plant-based substitute would work well. Or, you could throw in a can or two of drained black beans or chickpeas or something to make it heartier!
A plant-based substitute (like Impossible Ground) would be great but I've also had great success using red lentils. They aren't meat like in flavor (although I always use the Better than Bullion Beefless Beef for the broth) but they add a great creamy texture.
This is THE RECIPE, THE ONE! Thank you, was perfect. It is a fine bread, crispy and sweet. The best!

Thank you-very nice 👍
What a great recepe. And you don't have to turn the oven on. You can actually prepare it , stick it in the cupboard for 15 minutes and ""Presto, it's done!
Hahahaha!!!
No thanks ! Nearly there but not quite you need to coat in breadcrumbs then deep fry till it’s a nice orange nearly red colour with some chips and then your on the money ? 🥰😍😘😋
Wellll this recipe is for baked fish, not fried - but I love fried fish too, especially with chips! This recipe is much different - the breadcrumb topping is just that - more of a topping, than a traditional coating or breading that you get when you fry fish. It kind of sits on top of the fish rather than coating everything around it. It's definitely a uniquely New England recipe and if you haven't had it, it's definitely different than traditionally fried fish, or even oven-fried fish! More like a casserole honestly. Hope you like it if you give it a try!
I love banana bread! This looks delicious and great video!
Thanks so much, Tanya! And thanks for all the amazing advice you gave me and your inspiration!
i use coconut sugar because it's lower glycemic index but also tastes great so I don't miss brown sugar too much. Can I substitute Coconut sugar fro the sugar or brown sugar?
I think you'd be able to substitute coconut sugar for the brown sugar! I've never tried it, but one of the things I love about this recipe is you don't need a ton of sugar because of the natural sweetness from the four bananas, so I think you can use another type of sugar just fine (I think honey or maple syrup would probably work too, though you may not get as much of a "crust" on top of the loaf). Hope you give it a try and like it!
Great video! I didn't know that trick about using a glass pan
Thanks! I love glass loaf pans!
I'm sooooo excited to share this banana bread recipe with you! I make it practically weekly and never make it any other way. The olive oil and four bananas really take it over the top. Hope you LOVE it as much as I do, please comment below with any questions you have and don't forget to subscribe for more from scratch recipes, made simple, and always delicious! 😘
Your video was quick and easy to follow; no wasted time. Great format for your presentation style. When you put the ingredient list in the comments below, use the same format you have for the recipe card on the website. It makes it easier for me to add to my shopping list while on KZread instead of your website. I also added caramel chips to my bread and people ask me what my secret ingredient was.
Oh my goodness, caramel chips!! That sounds divine. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this feedback. Do you mean the ingredient amounts, or the order I have it on my website? Or both?
@@BowlofDelicious Ingredient amounts. Handy when I'm at the grocery store.
@@benjaminbrainstem4738 That's helpful, thanks!
Your directions where easy to understand. I liked the extra tips you gave.
Thanks, Peggy! Glad to hear that!
Thank you! It looks delicious! This is how I eat it in resturants in Massachusetts!
Yess! It's such a staple at any MA seafood place!
This looks awfully tasteless..
But have you trieeeeeed it? It's delicious! Simple, yes (that's how it's supposed to be). But if you want to flavor it up a bit, it's amazing with some herbs, parmesan cheese, etc. in the breadcrumb mixture! Super easy to use as a base. Let me know what you think if you try it!
Don't knock it till you try it! I baked up some haddock tonight using this simple recipe and it was so good. Of course, if you don't like the taste of fish and just want to taste a thick, heavy, highly seasoned batter, this recipe might not be for you.
