I just came across this video whilst looking for a speaker to replace my dieing Marshall Stanmore mark one… I thought this would do it, but it is small, even smaller than the Marshall Acton. Would you agree this would be an ideal replacement, sound wise? I want to fill my room with sound.

@@audioprosound at 190 watts RMS, I expect it to however I am looking for low frequency quality as playing music too loud you will hear everything but with most speaker systems, when the volume is low you cannot feel the bass or even hear the midrange this is really why I asked. My Marshall Stanmore died and although loud, I had to tweak the sound to get optimum sound from it something my Devialet Phantom 90db gives me

Now it's probably a good idea to release HD96-Rack, whose surface can be built from a generic touchscreen and some Midas faderboards, Behringer X-Touchies, or other generic motor-fadered MIDI controllers

This compares to the Yolobox Ultra for $200US less. What I like the most is the only controller is accessed by a webpage IP address... its not software based where you are required to have a Win 10+ or Mac OS 14 etc... that is useless for us folk who cannot afford to buy new computers every other year. I'm ready to pull the trigger ... its priced above atem switchers, but below the one reputable switcher + monitor option but has the same or better capabilities, especially with the bonding firmware update. And it's factory paired with the Osbot tiny2 and tail ptz cams but it's easy to set up any ptz cam like the insta360 link. Using some old cell phones and finding a good deal on a used DM.. you can have a killer 3 feed show/scene multicam capable studio that easily does remotes. Plus, for us MBP M series users, the SD card slot on the MBP and DM makes creating your stills and card-stored media easy to create and load. The downside is the price, but you will be able to someday find these in the sub$1000 range "lightly used". Gonna get it for our US Quail Cooperative farm remotes, our own quail farm instructional videos and for our "morning crow" 8 am podcasts and perhaps as a way to re-stream member live Q&A channel into our USQuailCoop "QuailTV" player.

We built the C20 partly as a Sonos Five - "killer" and we can assure that the C20 kicks ass when compared. We feel that the Sonos Five with its plastic chassi sound "boxy" and flat compared to our wooden and slightly bigger body.

I see this AV has not replied to anyone yet… How is your history with this brand of speaker? I want the C20 but have read reviews of their less powerful speakers such as the Addon series and it appears this brand is not reliable. I have always believed in Scandinavian HiFi since the 1980s so I am surprised to read negative reviews. As you have been buying Audio Pro speakers as you mention, would you say they are as reliable like most brands such as JBL, Marshall, B&O and Bose..?

@@richmck007 Hi, I’ve owned the T9 for about 7 years and have never had any issues with it, I ended up buying the T3 portable speaker soon after, and have recommended the brand to others. I cannot comment on B&O and Marshall, never owned their products. Compared to Bose and JBL I have owned in the past, I personally prefer the Audio Pro, they look and sound great. My local stockist has the C20 on demo. Will be having a listen to them at some point.

reat review!. Have you tried the Audio Pro A28? I' have the opportunity to buy them at a good price and I wonder which one will sound better...Specially for music and ocasional Tv use...Thanks

Hey, the A28 could need a subwoofer, depending on what kind of music you listen to, the C20 does not. We think the C20 "sounds better" than the A28 overall.

Just got mine yesterday, seen a few months ago and not had time to grab one and play with it. Can't say nothing rather than : this is amazing tool! There's only one downside from my point of view... It should have been configured with ASIO and core audio drivers rather than UAC drivers, 8 ch of USB would have been really a killer feature! This is the perfect swiss knife to connect any NDI based video mixer with analog and Dante equipment without needing PCI express cards, the only limitation is the channel count due to the limited hardware resources, but if the USB could be updated with firmware supporting up to 8ch in ASIO mode, well that would be really rocking good!

Absolutely agree. If I'm using the fader bank like they have it shown here, how the hell am I supposed to reach any of those softkeys on the right, or even the main faders, with a big screen in the way??

completely agree on the practically unreachable position of (at least the top ones of) the 24 global assignables on the right side when using the console with fader bays. On the other hand with V2 firmware, Elgato Streamdecks (as it seems in the V2 announcement video, multiple, up to 4) are natively supported so you can layout everything you would on the global assignables to streamdecks and place those within reach when using the console with fader bays.

I'm an events DJ that pulls an enclosed trailer around North Carolina! I'm very interested in these speakers, but wondering if they would be over kill since they are mostly marketed for touring sound reinforcement. My audiences are usually 500 people or less. However, I firmly believe it's better to have more power than you need for an event and a headroom cushion.
