All sounds very nice to me here for me to and see. Because actions speak louder than words I will be pleasantly surprised if we ever achieve police accountability in my lifetime
CHESTER AND CONNIE HAWKINS SAY THEIR NAMES SARAH! SAY THEIR NAMES SARAH!
'Flase narrative' ? U just sayin fake news? LMAO jesus both sides are the same "its fake news ahhhh"
also, why you preaching? Just talk about the issue instead of pushing emotional 'arguments' and saying 'the truth is'... like talk like a normal human person? Make a point or something no one likes human trafficking so idk how u managed to make it so hateful of groups of people other than your own...
Don’t hire democrat prosecutors the cities go to hell

Jurisdictions with restorative justice programs are most likely to have seen major increases in violent crime compared to national trends. These programs totally ignore the NEXT VICTIM. the science and the data show that it is a tiny cohort of repeat criminals who commit the vast vast majority of violented crime through repeat criminality. some of these "experts" seem to think crime perpetration is random. EG like tripping on the sidewalk. Like it is "opps, I wasn't paying attention and I accidentally carjacked someone. No. And interestingly although the "super predator" theory was attacked 10 and 20 years ago, in fact that hypotheses has turned out to be completely true. if you apply current data to that theory it in fact is one of the most true, predictive and duplicatable theories in criminology today.
legal aid trys to get people who are not even guilty to admit guilt by taking part in restorative justice. i'm not sure if they get kickbacks for putting people thru the demeaning process or what but it is often misused. if your legal defense ever recommends restorative justice you should seek new council
Kim fox is ruining cook county. GNgbangers are the ones voting this crook lady in office because only criminals are the ones benefiting from her.
How has bail reform worked out for NYC?
Can’t comment, have to run, my car just got broken into….
Keeping communities safe? So why did you withdraw from the "copy city" case in Atlanta citing "philosophical differences" from the Georgia Attorney General's to pursue the case? There's a mountain of video evidence against these victims whom most of them are not from the community!! Let me guess, you side with Bragg(NY), Gascon(LA) to not prosecute the criminal or criminals. Your Democratic ideology against criminals is going to bring your community down.
Legacy
I am in Florida
The second you used that buzzword, "intersectionality," you totally lost me.
You won't have a job before long
Thank you for this panel everyone. To address Patrick's statement: "I pay extra just for good luck, so I don't get messed with" (Rodriquez). I understood that statement completely. I am inspired by Patrick's courage and motivated by his success. However, I would like to point out the fact that, many parolees have the same mindset as Patrick, I myself included had paid extra just to be seen as an abiding citizen, and hopefully that will be taken into good conduct. Moreover, when examined closely, many parolees carry the stigma as well as the trauma of the prison system. To quote W.E.B Du Bois in his The Souls Of Black Folk he states, "This longing to attain self - conscience manhood, to merge his double self into a better and truer self....without having the doors of Opportunity closed roughly in his face" (Du bois #2/3). Patrick still has a fear of not appeasing the oppressor within the prison system; everyday on parole he is living with a double conscience. Patrick accepted his responsibilities, and clearly has educated himself to be a civilized citizen and change his life for the better. I believe that Patrick is not just a self centered parolee who is only re-building his world for selfish reasons, but he is actively engaging himself by giving back to his community by addressing mass incarceration. Furthermore, he believes by offering more money he will have a better chance at obtaining his freedom. How can one adjust back into society when they are living as an enslaved individual? Why does one believe it is necessary to give more, but only to receive traumatic events?
My view of the sex offenders registry is that among other things it serves the public as they have a right to know who resides in there community.
No they don't, and people who served their time have a right to move on and not be labeled.
??????? ?
