  I have a 2019 750GS and have always stored in a heated walk out basement. I have never put it on a battery tender, and it starts up every spring after a winter rest with no issues. 5 years same battery and still going strong. I'm sorry you had that issue. They are a great bike.

  Agreed. Stupid price for a bit of steel which should have been fitted as standard. Pedal position on f750gs is woeful.

  There is always a risk that drivers in cars make sudden lane changes. So you always have to drive carefully and think that there are always idiots in traffic. It helps with a good strong light on the motorcycle even during the day. :-)

  Same in California! Now that it is officially legal here car drivers are being nicer to motorcycles.
