Coming out of Lockdown the Mullet became a trend and was a lot of fun, so we decided to explore more haircuts from the 70s and 80s as well as the fashion from that time. So we go into Pinterest and search for retro looks and recreate them

You do so many great haircuts and makeovers but this is definitely in the top 10%. I was really sceptical at first when I saw her beautiful curls and wondered how a mushroom cut was going to work - lots of styling! Which looked great when you initially styled it just as could be expected. However I was absolutely blown away by how great her natural curls looked with this cut. I find 'rounded' cuts to look great with naturally curly hair but people seem scared to try it. Great work!

Welcome back to NZ from Canada Matt! Great to have you back! This was so fun! I really enjoyed when she cut her hair and her friend joined in too! I have done that myself with a couple of people and their friends. I had one daughter cut off her mums ponytail! She was really enjoying it even if she was a little nervous before the haarschnitt She really rocked the bob and it suits her well! She's cute and the blonde hair goes well with the pink cape too! Her hair was too long and quite plain and so great to see a young girl getting a shorter cut and perm and so brave. Brought back memories of the 70s and 80s. She looks great once the cape is removed and she gets out of the chair. Really adorable transformation.
