Greek Steak Stuffed Pitas 🥩🥙🔥 These were quick, easy to make and packed with flavor using simple ingredients! Perfect for lunch, dinner or meal prepping! Thank you to Blaze AI for the recipe inspiration! Blaze AI is an awesome AI tool designed to help content creators + small business owners with everything you can imagine! Head over to the link in my bio to check it out! 🔗 INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lb steak of choice (I used top sirloin steak) - Pitas of choice - Extra virgin olive oil - Greek seasoning blend of choice (I used Spiceology Greek Freak) Tzatziki Sauce (estimated measurements) - 1 cup fat free plain greek yogurt - 1/2 cup minced or shredded cucumber - 3 tbsp fresh chopped dill - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp lemon juice - Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste - Toppings - 1 cup cucumbers sliced or diced - 1 cup tomatoes sliced or diced - 1 cup red onion sliced or diced Notes: Adjust ingredients to your liking. For a simple greek seasoning blend, you could do equal parts dried oregano, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Steak cooking time will vary depending on thickness of steak and grill heat. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Coat steak in olive oil and season genersouly on all sides with greek blend. 2. Put together the Tzatziki sauce and prep the veggies. 3. Grill the steak over medium-high heat to your liking. I grilled mine for about ~4 minutes per side and pulled them off at 127°F internal. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. 4. Warm up the pitas on the grill for 1-2 min per side. 5. Slice up your steak, assemble your pitas and ENJOY! 🙌🏻 • • • • #explore #cooking #bhfyp #food #easyrecipe #simple #foodporn #healthy #tasty #shorts #healthyrecipes #calwillcookit #diet #healthylifestyle #mealprep #gains #weightloss #fitfood #highprotein #steak #greek

dude i see you using clean ingredients with "Siete"...alright bro i see you
Yes sir! I'd say prob 95-99% of the ingredients I use in all my vids are made with clean ingredients, organic, etc. I just don't show all the labels or specify in the caption because I know everyone's lifestyle/budget is different. Therefore, I don't want to intimidate others from trying out my recipes or come off as one of those people who say "everything your eating needs to be organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, etc. or it's unhealthy". Simply put, I believe the place place to start is prioritizing protein and whole foods.. from their you can start learning more and getting deeper into quality, sourcing, etc.
Crazy foodie here...bro that looks absolutely delicious!!!! I'm drooling!!😊
Love to hear it, gotta give them a try!🔥
Way to be so white that you’re pretty much clear, Chad.
Also did the whole thing in one pan. Slick.
Well technically two if we include the cast iron for the oven 😂 but still pretty minimal
😮😮😮 That's a Enchirito😮😮😮
Shredded Beef Enchiladas 🥩🔥 Are these "traditional" enchiladas? No. Are they healthy, easy to make and packed with flavor? Absolutely. This recipe is a perfect healthy dish to feed your family or meal prepping for yourself. They re-heat great. Just be sure to add the cold toppings after! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~2.5 lb chuck roast from Colorado Craft Beef - Extra virgin olive oil - 1 packet of Siete beef fajita seasoning - 1 diced white onion - 4 oz can of diced green chiles - 15 oz jar of Siete red enchilada sauce - 2-2.5 cups of Kettle & Fire beef bone broth - Tortillas of choice (I used Xtreme Wellness Tortilla Wraps for a lower carb/lower cal option. Corn tortillas are usually used for enchiladas) - Reduced fat shredded mexican cheese Toppings: - Low fat sour cream - Diced avocado - Fresh chopped cilantro Note(s): Adjust ingredients to your liking. Do not remove lid during cooking process unless checking to see if it's done. DIRECTIONS 1. Pat the chuck roast dry with a paper towel then coat in oil and season generously on all sides. 2. Get a large greased skillet going over medium heat and sear the chuck roast on all sides for 2-4 minutes. Once you have a nice crust on all sides, remove it from the pan. 3. Lower the heat and add to the same pan, add in the diced onion and diced green chiles. Mix and utilize the moisture to deglaze the pan. Let sauté for a few minutes then add in the enchilada sauce and beef bone broth. Give it a good mix. 4. Next place the chuck roast back in the pan. Bring it to a slow simmer, pop on the lid and let cook for 2.5-3.5 hours or until fork tender and falling apart. Once done, shred it up, be careful not to scratch your pan. 5. Add some of the sauce to the bottom of an oven safe dish. Add shredded beef and cheese to your tortillas, roll them nice and tight then place seam side down into dish. Add the rest of the sauce over the top along with the shredded cheese. 6. Bake at 400°F for about 18-22 minutes. Once done, take them out and let cool for a few minutes. 7. Plate them up, add toppings & ENJOY! 🙌🏻 • • • • #explore #cooking #bhfyp #food #easyrecipe #simple #foodporn #healthy #tasty #shorts #healthyrecipes #calwillcookit #diet #healthylifestyle #mealprep #gains #weightloss #enchiladas #fitfood #highprotein

It’s looking yummy👍Definitely I’m going to make this shrimp bowl
Delicious 😋
Yo
😂 "coat your little nuggets..." 😂😁🤭
i guess you can also add some spelt flour to this to help keep them in place, not only that but it's also gonna make it higher calorie and adding another good source of proteins .... spelt flour is healthy so it's a win win
But every batter is different
Can you add details on the title or something. There’s no description option. Thank you keep up content

what kind of salmon of this?
Pointless video
Oooo--yummy!
Daam dude that looks fuckin delishhhh💯
Where is the recipe?
Looks stupiiiiiiid good!!
Wild vs farm raised just means chances of worms increase. If you want to talk quality talk salmon breed and if you want to get specific you can mention center cut or not. Wild is not special and is cheaper than farm. Farm you get less worms and is good to freeze per fda guidelines for sushi
That’s how my mom made them in the 80s and 90s. Cornflakes still got it!
Looks amazing! Will definitely make
What the hell was with that first wow?
