  It works the option 3 the big problem, while using the power button again it takes longer the opening as it looks 😢

  omg thank you so much my good dude sir! my laptop’s hard drive took a shit earlier today and i got stuck on this screen on my mom’s barely used one that she let me borrow after doing a ‘restart and update’- i thought i killed /it/ TOO omg 😭 luckily option 2 ended up working for me, guess it pushed it out of the stuck state somehow & got it to complete the update?? thank god for that, but mostly thank god for YOU and this video !

  Option 7 worked perfectly and easy, thank you (I'd recommend anyone to do option 7 first before 6, as 6 is a little bit more complex)
