  Everything looks so good just remember to fold the whip in don't mix or it will look flat but other then that great job it's one my favorites

  Sometimes I mix things that way too. It is when the mixture is very thick and/or heavy. I suspect that double dose of pudding mix made the whole mixture quite thick and hard to stir.

  There's definitely other ways to blend. I first put my pistachio pudding filling in a bowl and then my cool whip. I stir that really well. I also add mandarin oranges

  I made this for my kids, and they LOVED IT so much they don't want regular horchata anymore! My kids called it Horchatapan. Please give us more recipes!
