Love this one! I personally love the reps because after the first round of working out what’s going on, my brain can rest while my body does the work. Enough challenge for me - got really hot by round 3 which is great as its winter here in Cape Town. Your motivation helped tremendously - thanks Ash. The tip of the "squeezing oranges just under the arm pits" for the deadlift was a fantastic connection for me! This was a superb workout. Will pop over here again for this one!

I did this workout for the second time ! The first time was one month ago. I nearly died there:)) Since then I work out with you almost every day and today I repeated this workout and I got so much stronger ! My body is on fire and I’m feeling hot ! Thank you ❤

This is an epic workout ! I’m sweaty, cooked and happy! Your voice and energy helps me to not drop down. When I am about to take a break you cheer us up and I catch another breath to push more ❤ no music gives me more relaxation through your workouts after the whole day with my son who is an energy ball 🚀 Thank you again !!!! After one month with you I’m finally getting back my stamina, shape of my body is more defined and I feel great on all levels 🌅👑🫶🏼

It was challenging and unbearable because of how critical my health situation was. but I am grateful and happy to have ordered Dr Aluda herbal supplements on KZread which I used and it shrunk my multiple fibroids completely💯💯💯
