  give corn the last 2 days if you are not racing any birds that weekend never give them corn always feed in the nest box

  It is very dangerous to generalize when discussing this matter.! It is only with tettracycline containing compounds that it is necc to remove grit during the treatment period. The grit wont have a dettremantal effect on most of the other medicines and or antibiotics.

  Was very interested in what you were saying until you mentioned eye sign..sorry i believe more in father christmas than eye sign and nobody will convince me otherwise...not in horses, grey hound racing, human athletes so why in racing pigeons. The only theory i believe in is the basket theory, not always reliable but is definitely the most reliable and will always be the only way i class my pigeons..RESULTS, Best to best and forget the rest.

  i do not race any more and i was the best racing in my area and i had over 400 first prizes taking the first 6 many a time upto 8000 birds i did this with eyesign only for breeding the races take care of themselfs also you have to know the pigeons as well eyesign is only one part of the whole system i could go to any loft and pick out the best breeders and most of the time the very best racers as well i can tell if they are sprint middle or long distance i was right 99% of the time

  I really in joyed your information on racing and your feedback on conditioning and other comments you made on getting and trying many things for better results 👍 myself, I was born into pigeon racing and so many great memories and I’m 52 years of age now and one thing I never forget and is so important is . Always remain, teachable and it’s the journey and not the destination 👍Thanks and again I really in joyed your feedback. Best of luck and keep doing what your doing but my farther always would say, let’s try out this system with one team of birds and let’s see how we get on and my farther and grandfather also where born into pigeons and what comes to mind now is the old breed.
