When hooked up in series, they're still limited by the vacuum ability of the last unit in the chain. Far better results are obtained if hooked up in parallel.

What AWG size is that hook up wire? I am having trouble trying to find the original hook up that I bought years ago for that lab kit. Is it 22 or 24 gauge? I know it's stranded. Don't mind the earphone, because that's sold seperately.

We use exactly this system in automated lighting fixtures. A wheel with 12 colours, or patterns, ( Gobos) in a wheel, that rotates into the path of a beam of light, put simply, to change colours or patterns in the stage lighting industry, or for that matter, the nodding buckets you see on TV that make them pan and tilt. And when kicked, they return to position. A turntable is only 18” long. A beam of light on a show, to maintain position over a throw of 100’ or so has to be mega accurate!

I like this One.. because.. it encodes itself. Steppers and are wonderful, Arduino and Hall effect, or IR sensor to clock from home position, but this one keeps checking itself, like servo feedback. Unless the table is built like a Swiss watch, there’s always crunching and friction. Also to note, apart from track feed, supplied via the split ring on perimeter and pick-ups, or the central boss, and pick ups, no power and feedback to extra components on the bridge. Just sticky-out tabs on encoder ring and hunt software.👍😜

Hi, thanks for watching. We don't have the source code for this project any longer, it was a one off sadly, and there's probably not much likelyhood that we'll recreate it. Best of luck though, and if you get stuck on a specific issue, you can contact our tech team directly.

I couldn't understand the sequence of the wire connections. I have several stepper motors (unipolar and bipolar) and this is my biggest difficulty. The sequence of the stepper motor wires I know; I just don't know the sequence to connect to Easy Driver; it is a logical sequence like 1 & 2 = [A] and 3 & 4 = [B]; or 1 and 3 = [A] and 2 & 4 = [B]? Can you help me? Thanks
