Still discredits Him as the Lord and Savior. Understandable because it doesnt want anything to do with religion but SCARY!

Thank you for putting this online, it helps a lot to show people what the Schulwerk can be! I come from Munich, where Carl Orff was born and even came to my school one day to see us perform his Weihnachtsgeschichte (X-mas story). This was in the sixties. I had gone to music school, ever since I was seven. In the sixties every Munich child could attend music school for free and it was all Orffs Schulwerk. Now, some fifty years later I'm going to teach at an elementary school where they have a music room and all the instruments but nobody who knows how to use them. I shall put them back to life and thus, was searching the internet for info: I am happy to find that Orff is even on youtube, he would have loved that, I'm sure, because in his time he used all the media that were there at the time, especially the radio programmes.

I've really been enjoying Greg Becker's dulcimer CD. Great traditional sound and well performed.

Here's the reply from my dad.. It's "Greg. He also plays the bass and harmonica with the front porch pickers. He was also one of the River Rats when they played at SDC."

Thanks. They were nice folks, too. They invited me to sit in on a jam, but naturally, I didn't have my mandolin handy.

It's Danny on the banjo.. and I think Zeke on the dulcimer. I'll ask the folks. They work there.
