  It’s hard to say. If there is a large enough demand and break it is possible. I think the only reason sydney got a second tour with this cast is because the first venue was so small compared to other states, it became very difficult to get any tickets. When they came back and had the run at Theatre Royal it was a much larger venue and it was vary rare for every single performance to sell out weeks before.

  Awesome. The last time I went I got to see Madeline as Parr. I think it was her first performance ever. She was amazing. They all were.

  Agreed! It’s such a lovely shade of blue! Shannen’s performance as Seymour is so subtle and raw in emotions - it opened my eyes into seeing the song differently.

  Ok i saw the cast twice, first with shannen parr then shannen boleyn and chiara cleves, and NO CAST CAN EVER BEAT THEM AND YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND THEY ARE CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED

  I love that this musical encourages singers to sing in their own voices. It's lovely to hear, both regional accents in England and authentic aussie and American regional singing voices in pop music -- too rare!

  I love this version. It's a little lower than the Original and the US version with Boleyn and Seymour having a lower tone than what I'm used to but it is quite pleasant to the ears

  I absoluely love Kala's Boleyn. She gives off a "deceptively innocent" kind of vibe and when she performs she reveals how she was smarter than she seemed. That takes talent! Oh, not to mention she has an incredible singing voice. She even hits Andrea's A5 in her climax!

  This is not her original outfit! This is the alternate costume since swings and understudies have different costumes than the principals in this musical!

  I was thinking that during the show too. I noticed about half way through that they all just have round hoops instead of the custom hoops that have their number inside.

  @@noone.1509 Oh yes! I love the new Broadway Album! I think part of the reason they released it was because of the Tonys but we need an Australian Cast recording!!! I love the Australian cast they are AMAZING!

  I agree! Other casts tend to get screetchy when theyre tired (it’s a high energy show, i can’t blame them!) so lowering the tone makes it easier for the performers and sounds better in my ears too.

  I thought the same when watching the segment. I guess there was a communication breakdown between the producers and presenters of the show that resulted in it being cut too short.

  You can't say it's rude without knowing the whole story. The guitarist might have played slower than was agreed, they might have timed how long the piece took beforehand and it was faster then, a whole lot of things. The girls sounded great, which is the most important thing.
