  I have aslo same problems i buy and spend my money because of sony Brand and this quality but this is not good i just use only 2.5 month same problem same thing what to do i don't not thay are provided warranty ro not because this is happens out side 😢

  Their outside parts has always been bad. My sony laptop, my sony phone, my sony speaker, after sometime, colours wear off or starts peeling. The workmanship aint good or the quality of paint/material used aint good.

  ​​@@dostoevsky90 so if not this then which other buds? Have you decided to avoid sony completly or just this model? The link buds S has very good reviews from many youtubers. Would you consider those or, are you opting for the more expensive ones?

  It looked like a cat or a dog was playing with your earbuds. I had mine since 2020 and i dropped them a lot, still works. So i doubt about your review. Btw i have cat and a dog, that's the typical damage caused by little fangs

  hi, thx for the comment. the paint was came off due to sweat. and yes, the sounds still good even though i dropped many times. however, bluetooth connection sometime dropped on either earbud
