Loved the video! Really curious how you moved the alert texts in the top right, they typically show stuff like zone name, or the Target is Immune thing. I noticed you had it moved and want to do the same. Help

You should be able to do that with Azurah iirc. After you install it just type /azurah unlock in game and you should be able to move the notifications around.

Thank you, nice and clear - awesome. And you nicely answered the question I had about the guaranteed drops from reward boxes being account or character based. Account based means it'll be slower over time for multiple characters, but at least I know now and not to potentially waste reward boxes🙂

Exactly, gotta run those dailies on your alts to get the drops curated for them. It's a good excuse to stop ignoring my alts and actually work on their builds though instead of just parking them by writboards.

You've very welcome! I have been using these as a reason to finish leveling up the guild skill lines on my companions. With all the new rewards getting added to Mages Guild and Fighters Guild dailies it sure seems like someone at ZOS was upset that we were all ignoring those quests.

Thank you! Quick PSA though, AlphaGear is waiting on an update for Gold Road, it can't handle swapping scribed skills yet. I'm hopeful the developer will get to it soon, but you may want to consider Wizard's Wardrobe in the meantime. Similar feature set, but the functionality is a bit different. I may do an updated tutorial on Wizard's Wardrobe if AlphaGear doesn't get an update soon.

I’ve always played on on pcna. When I started I used a controller but never realized how much I hated the ui. Once I switched to keyboard and mouse, and started using addons, my love for the game exploded. I’m an addon junkie now. I probably have 40 to 50 addons. If addons disappeared I probably wouldn’t play.

Agreed! I'm an MMO guy and not necessarily a TES guy, so the default interface was quite foreign to me. I'd love to see some of this functionality rolled into the base game, especially the minimap and customizable unit frames.

I wonder if the location of stables in Leyawiin and Skingrad match up with their placement in TES4.

According to another comment, the Skingrad location does! It does make sense to keep the stables outside I suppose, but from a gameplay standpoint it is annoying. Could always have the physical stables outside with a stablemaster and just have a 2nd stablemaster inside the city for training purposes.

I believe Imperial City is actually free now, just have to claim it from the crown store but there is no cost. Still a grind, but well worth it imo - I definitely do not recommend buying these storage chests with crowns.

I wish they'd just roll IC into the base game rather than making it something you have to claim from the crown store since I'm sure there's plenty of people who miss it. Maybe they're just worried about forcing Imperial City Prison and White Gold Tower into the random dungeon queue?

well i am, sure this video didn't help but you can't buy the house furnished without using crowns. Is flipping houses even a option with gold now? Crowns make it not a investment.

You have to buy them unfurnished with gold to make the included furnishings sellable. The unfurnished versions come with these furnishings.

All homes come with some free furnishings, even if they are "unfurnished", including everything featured in this video. You do have to purchase them unfurnished with gold to make the included furnishings sellable. When you purchase them "furnished" they come with even more furnishings. For Kragenhome that appears to be correct. I will say some of these furnishings prices have fluctuated quite a bit since this video, I'd probably still prioritize the companion, but they only take 20 minutes or so to unlock.

I use one called Group Death Notifier that's incredibly helpful in dungeons and trials. It shows you a notification when your group members or pets die. You can customize it to only show certain notifications in trials vs dungeons, so if you only care that the tank or healer died in a trial, you can uncheck DPS in Trials, for example. Plus you can customize the color of the notification. A must have for my healers and DPS chars

There is also a trick you can do with the Essential Housing Tools addon where you can move furnishings to the entrance where furnishings can’t normally be placed, however I have also noticed that furnishings that are placed there don’t seem to have collision though. Can still be a useful feature of the addon to cover entrances for reskinning a house.

That's almost better, because it ensures the door is still accessible. I haven't messed with that particular feature of EHT, but I'm definitely going to check it out to see if I can improve this design a little bit more. Thank you!

Love the resourcepacks! I just hate that it relies on Optifine(for the custom items) option, Ive recently moved to Fabric 😭I can have the textures still, but it doesnt feel the same

CITResewn should work just as well. I actually use Fabric nowadays as well. I'm also converting all of the armor sets to Armor trims, so most of the armor variants won't rely on mods at all in the near future.

Hi I'm trying ESO for 2nd time, this time trying to do proper set-up at the beginning so I won't get discouraged when the grind starts. Is it possible to move resource bars from LUI? I can't find this option and they don't show for me in Azurah UI. Great video helped me out a lot!

Go into the main settings for LUI Extended, you should see an option to "unlock default UI elements". I believe if you toggle that you should be able to move around the custom LUI Extended elements.

The easiest way would be to just check guild traders, search for 'formula' as alchemy furnishing recipes all include formula in the name.

I don't know of an addon that allows for that. Furniture Catalogue just has the furnishing icon, but I still have to go to the crafting station to preview and I'm pretty sure that's limited to recipes you know.

I use the Accurate World Map addon. It is meant to be a more lore-friendly rendition, but also higher resolution and comes with some additional map settings that allow you to customize what is shown or hidden on the world map. www.esoui.com/downloads/info3377-AccurateWorldMap.html

Sadly, the Outlaws Den in Skingrad is also sub-optimal with a long tunnel to run through before you get to the fence. If thieving is part of your daily routine, Skingrad isn't gonna compete well.

Alinor is about 30 seconds slower than Skingrad if you need the bank. It's more competitive if you're just turning in the writs but the writboards and turn-in are still closer together in Skingrad. For anyone who's trying to complete their daily writs as fast as humanly possible, Skingrad is the way to go once Gold Road drops. Alinor is still a great spot though, especially if you prefer the aesthetics.

Go into the main settings for LUI Extended, you should see an option to "unlock default UI elements". I believe if you toggle that you should be able to move around the custom LUI Extended elements.
What is an alchemical furnishing and where can one find an alchemical furnishing recipe?
The easiest way would be to just check guild traders, search for 'formula' as alchemy furnishing recipes all include formula in the name.

<3 But do you know of a addon that lets you preview items before carfting them and have a clean layout with the list? Mainly Enchanting as my current one dose the job for every other station but now Enchanting for some reason cant preview any furnishing..... >.<
I don't know of an addon that allows for that. Furniture Catalogue just has the furnishing icon, but I still have to go to the crafting station to preview and I'm pretty sure that's limited to recipes you know.

I would just worry that it might impact performance in some way. But I haven't tested it. That said, I only install the libraries that are required just in case.

How did you manage to get your world map to look so readable and clean like at 0:43?
I use the Accurate World Map addon. It is meant to be a more lore-friendly rendition, but also higher resolution and comes with some additional map settings that allow you to customize what is shown or hidden on the world map. www.esoui.com/downloads/info3377-AccurateWorldMap.html

Sadly, the Outlaws Den in Skingrad is also sub-optimal with a long tunnel to run through before you get to the fence. If thieving is part of your daily routine, Skingrad isn't gonna compete well.

Alinor is about 30 seconds slower than Skingrad if you need the bank. It's more competitive if you're just turning in the writs but the writboards and turn-in are still closer together in Skingrad. For anyone who's trying to complete their daily writs as fast as humanly possible, Skingrad is the way to go once Gold Road drops. Alinor is still a great spot though, especially if you prefer the aesthetics.
I love Vivec City but I would love a change of scenery
I do wish they'd given us a way to access the Skingrad banker without having to go inside the bank, but it's still a quicker route and a very welcome change of scenery!
