You're a good teacher sweet voice easy to follow. Thanks for your kindness ❤
Love it! Thanks
@@suzannegarcia9001 thank you. Enjoy using your peg bag! 😀
I’m not sure what I did wrong but it has to be in my fold because all of the cutting I did correctly. I wound up with only 2 strips connected. So 2 strips connected tines about 20
Oh no! My guess is that when you cut through the ends you did not move along one on the back piece. At 3:44 in the video I cut through the pieces. Note that I cut through the first strip on the top level and then every other one but I cut through the second strip on the bottom level and then every other one. This is really important to make one long strip. Watch that section again and see if this is your mistake. I hope this helps. Good luck! 🙂
@@ChristinesCrafts Thank you for answering. I did do as you suggested, that’s cut the first one on top layer and begin with the second layer on the bottom. I think it was my fold…aim going to do another sheet and try to fold it differently. I’ll let you know!
@@scubachix4215 Have a go but just do a few strips in case it goes wrong. Once you have it mastered you can do the rest! Good luck!
@@ChristinesCrafts Thanks!
What size is the small square?
Mine is about 4" by 4" but that is quite small (limited by the page size). You can use any size you like. 😀
My mother passed on fathers day suddenly. I got a shelf for her and made some artwork. Then I remembered your video and made some of these. Her display looks so beautiful. Thank you.
I am so sorry for your loss. It must have been a huge shock. Your shelf of artwork sounds like a beautiful idea. I am glad the roses added something and helped. 🥰
straight to the point tutorial. love it
Thank you. I am glad you liked it. Enjoy making your roses. 🙂
@@ChristinesCrafts God bless you
Hello! If I want to make invitations, how long ago should I make this in order for the seeds not to be damaged??
If you are using packets of seeds they will tell you when they need to be planted by. If you are using seeds you harvested yourself then I suggest they should be planted the following year. I hope this answers your question. Enjoy your paper making! 🙂
It's soo prettyyy
@@shidokusan7281 thank you. Enjoy making yours! 😀

Thank you! These instructions are GREAT !!
Thank you 😀
I have made many of these bags. Some of Christmas fabric that I used as gift bags. I have also made many very large bags to use as a gift/ laundry bag to give my neices and nephews their High School Graduation comforters. A much better solution of boxing and wrapping the gift.
Great uses for these bags. They are really versatile. Thank yo for sharing with us to give us some more ideas! 😀

What material would work ?
You could use any simple craft cotton. If you have any fabric already just try one and see what you think. 😀
I love it!! Thanks I will do it for my history project cover page!!!! ☺️❤🎉
Super helpful! I really appreciated how clearly each step was shown (usually I get super lost during origami videos 😅)

Fantastic instructions - so clear, and such a sweet little bag. You have very nice hands🥰

Plus you are from the UK which is refreshing😊
I’m using some old sheet music of mine to make these they’re so fun to make, look amazing, and hold many memories- thanks for the tutorial! ❤️
I love making things out of old sheet music - so stylish! Glad you enjoyed making them. 🙂
This one is the best one I've found so far to explain this process.
Thank you. Enjoy using yours and getting creative! 🙂
Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you very much! I am glad you like them. 😀 If you can source lavender directly from a garden it makes these virtually free. I love crafting to relax and I find crafting groups and classes are a great way to meet fellow crafters. Enjoy making them.
Thank you. I am so glad you like them. 🙂
Cool. I like the idea and the detail in the instruction. Thank you.
I am glad you like them. Enjoy making your own. 🙂
I love these and I definitely will make these for my 3 day craft sale this fall. Tomorrow when I go to my Dad's house I hope to see his neighbor and ask her what does she do with her lavender when it starts to die. Every spring she must have thousands lining both sides of her walk way. I took photographs of her side walk a couple weeks ago. I already have a couple ideas for your hats. I think they will be beautiful laid on each desert plate for High Tea or a Mum and Daughter's tea. I so wish my grandmother Violet was still alive she would love these. My Dad is from England. I made my Mum and Grandmother Violet hanging lavender baskets when I was about 20. My Mum's stayed intact she hung it always in her kitchen. I braided the long lavender stems into a basket and they came out lovely. I am tired from my job so I am laying on the day bed watching your lovely video. The birds sound so nice and I have a lovely breeze coming in. I wish I lived near you to visit and craft with. I do not have any female friends. I am single and always have been. My Mum passed away a couple years ago and my Dad will be 86 this coming week. Tomorrow I will pick him up for church and take him to lunch afterwards. I am hoping to see my sister today. She lives 40 min away. Blessings, Rebekah from VA
How big is your square is it 6”?
You can make them 6" by 6" or 4" by 4". Most of mine are 4" by 4". 🙂
@@ChristinesCrafts brilliant thank you so much. I must have a go!!
Just made one and love it. My dimensions were different to yours but following your instructions it turned out perfect. Your instructions are clear and so easy to understand. Thank you so much .x
So glad it worked out well for you. You can make one any size you like to suit your needs. Thank you for your feedback. 🙂
Question, could you seal them? Maybe modge podge or a spray sealant?
I haven't tried but I am guessing a spray sealant would be best. If you applied Modge podge before assembly it may make the petals a bit stiff. Afterwards would be difficult. I do keep mine for years and just give them an occasional shake and dust and they still look great. 🙂
@@ChristinesCrafts thank you!
Mostly commenting for the algorithm, but you have such a wonderful voice. I enjoyed this a lot!
Thank you so much! 😀

What a great way to reuse an old pair of jeans. Thanks for sharing. 😃
So glad you like it. Jeans are a great source of fabric for crafts! 🙂
Would you please tell me what kind of thread are you using?
I am using an ordinary embroidery thread, sometimes called embroidery floss. You can get them in just about any colour. 🙂
thanks for making this video! I am decorating my room for summer! Gonna be pretty
I am sure it will look lovely. These are so quick and easy, you could make loads! 😀
great idea. Thank you.
Could you possibly put the wet paper in the oven at say 150 F?
I am sorry but I have not tried it. If you give it a go be very careful and do not leave it unattended. If you do try please let us know here how it goes.
Beautiful flowers...I was searching to make peony tissue flowers. Thank you so much! :)
I am glad you found me. Enjoy making yours. They are so pretty! 😀
I was just getting ready to start unpacking from moving but i am so tired i thought one more short video. I have issues so no longer allowed to paint with spray cans and no longer allowed to use hair spray. If you opened my medicine cabinet right now you would see a spray top covered in red and white gingham i made when i was 10 years old and I am now 60. I keep my tubes of lipstick in it. I have other spray tops not covered but in other pretty covers I keep my eyebrow prncils in, chapstick and bobbie pins for one i put my hair up in a french twist. I have one clear medicine cup i saved to gkue down cut down tooth picks yo the side, put moss inside and make tte daisys out of Q Tips i saw on Pinterest the other day. I have been shiopping my stash a lot lately for crafts for an upcoming craft sale. I am going to ask my family to start saving lids tor me to make pretty baskets out of. I already have potpourri on hand fir another projrct but i would rather make your idea. I have a nice breeze coming into my flat today and its finally sunny. I am so glad to see this today. Have a wonderful day! Blessings, Rebekah
I am so glad you like the baskets. I don’t get many aerosol lids now either but I keep them whenever I do! I love using items for the rubbish to make things. Thank you so much for your reply, it has made my day. 😀
