Of all 10, there are a few that I agree are "not so good": - Number 1: Sometimes it's really too much and I'm all against food waste. Fortunately, many restaurants have come to the conclusion that the right quantity of food still keeps the customers satisfied and it's more economically and environmentally sustainable. - Number 2: Unfortunately there are many people, especially in the services' area, that don't care about this and leave the customers waiting for hours or even days. I work in that area but if I arrive 5 minutes late to an appointment with a client it will warrant an apology from me. - Number 3: I'm portuguese, I drive and it also drives me up the walls (pun not intended) when pedestrians cross the street where there's a crosswalk at walking distance. Not to mention that it's illegal. As for Margarida's opinion, she should be criticising the pedestrians, not the drivers. - Number 4: I feel the same, even for me sometimes loud people in restaurants or even in the streets (especially at night) are quite the annoyance. - Number 8: We're (still) a relatively poor country, so yeah.

@@paulocorreia7942thanks for commenting it's really interesting to me. I try be respectful too but sometimes I get loud if I'm passionate about something or in a goofy mood. I wonder if what some people say about how learning a new language gives you a new personality is true so I can stop being so annoying lol

Is this issue with the CPU a Major issue?? Is this usually happening in Portugal? Do we fight for it? We are thinking if we sell next year can we declare the CPCV & developers marketing gross private area and not the ones posted in the CPU of the unit?

I Involved a Portuguese Lawyer in my recent Lisbon purchase of new luxury apartment and the lawyer did work on our half but instead was a double agent of the developer because the CPU of the unit was way smaller by 46 SQM in Gross Private Areas compared to what was declared by the Portuguese developer in their marketing materials and CPCV. What can we do to correct this? can we file legal claim against this big difference which is way beyond the acceptable tolerance?? Please help
