LOL. He does! 🤣
Great job guys.
@@SpankysHotRodsandCustoms the more you know…..the more confused you are. 😆
Another awesome video with good info... What all you lacking with the motor before you're ready to drop it back in?
@@ddubya808 we’re working on it at the machine shop right now. It’s been bored and honed. Need to do super steam clean on it and then some paint. Assembly should be starting soon.
@Nine_Finger_Wrenching thats awesome!! You got videos for them?? Id love to watch the process...
@@waxaz7342 I will.
@@Nine_Finger_Wrenching Sorry replied on the phone it was on my other account... I love a good bore/hone video... It's like a pressure washing video... Soothing... productive...
The 94/04 was my favorite body style!
@@79chevy901 I’m pretty partial to the Fox bodies. I just can’t help it. I had two in high school.
@@Nine_Finger_WrenchingOkay.
I was lucky, mine still had the metal tag on the differential. Looked up the code and it is a 3.08.
@@user-eu6cd9pt2z LOL, that’s cheating. 🤣 the conclusion on mine is it’s a 3.08 as well. But just wouldn’t have been as cool without 311 music playing in the background.
I hope both rear wheels were turning at the same time.
@@damonmeager2535 they were. I went through it all. Both wheels on the air. Then I did only one wheel on each side and doubled it. Kept coming up with the same thing. A 3.08 that I called 3.11 🤣🤷🏼♂️
Very clean! 🧽 🧼
I just picked up two 1995 seadoo gtx 657s today. Both wont start. Replaced fuel and plugs. One will start and then cut out. Oil on the plugs. The other one wont start. Ordered carb kit. Great vid this will be very helpful. Hopefully that solves the issue
@@timothyette8125 I’ve found the most common thing with these is needing fuel system refresh. If you ever get one with the old grey fuel lines replace everything.
I love that you’re playing 311 in the bg
In that Mustangs case, if it is a stock 8.8 rear-end then it is probably a 3.08 gear or maybe even a 3.27.
@@bradlangston4230 thanks. I did the one wheel at a time and double checking and I was thinking what you said.
Came to make this same comment
@@cosmiccowboy9358 thanks for letting me know. I need all the help I can get 🤣 appreciate you.
Thanks for that
I have watched 3 videos of this car..I love this nine finger wrenching sh!t!!!!
I appreciate you watching. This YT grind is really something. Then this project car is a whole new level of fun. 🤣
You need to stop the opposite tire from spinning. If the other tire rotates you are losing some of your rotation to the spider gears. Reagents with a locker or posi will rotate both tires same direction at same time. I bet you have a 3.27
@@ryanbraulik1475 I was doing this because I’m rebuilding the motor and considering a cam change. The motor guy ask me what rear end I had, I wasn’t sure. Difference between 3:08,3:11, or 3:27 for cam choice would be about the same right? I’m learning as I go. 😎🙌 Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
@@ryanbraulik1475 I just did it with the other tire on the ground and only got 1-1/2 rotations for one rotation of the wheel. Now I’m confused 🤣
i like your video!!!
Hubert I appreciate that! Thanks for watching.
I JUST DID THIS ON MY S10!!! 373!
@@adventuresofaliandclint I wish mine was a 3.73
You look like Don Johnson out there bro
Looks like it goes pretty good 💪
45ish which feels fast in that little boat.
@adventuresofaliandclint here’s some of the things I do at work. Not quite busting things with thousands of PSI on a hydraulic press…..but pretty cool.

Please take a video of you porpoising it. My dad sold his years ago and i lost the vhs tape showing it. I'm pretty sure no one believes me when i say my dad had a boat that could dive.
I've seen the videos where they shut the motors down and the front dives down. I didn't try it. I did how ever take off and get going, I turned hard, powered down, one motor and floored the other! That thing dove into that turn! It was crazy.
@@Nine_Finger_Wrenching I'm pretty sure you need to drive back through your own wake floor it, hop over, then when your jets hit water throw it in reverse to get the bow to totally dip. They used to have an instructional video, but good luck finding one it was on VHS when you purchased it. My dad's was yellow and purple.
Your a beast 💪👍😎
LOL. Thanks. I felt like a beast the next day.
@@Nine_Finger_Wrenching ha ha ha yeah buddy I know the feeling. Nice job looks beautiful.
Hay man I have a few questions i just found a boat same as yours its been sitting 3 years but in great shape guy is asking $4500 for boat and trailer it has the twin 220 hp both run good. Been working on cars and bikes anything small engine i can work on. Iv never owed a boat or really been around them. Does that seem like a decent price. The seats could use upholstery but the foam is still good so really a recover. Main question i have is are these things crazy difficult to work on?
Happy to help. As far as pricing goes I usually goto JD Power for estimated values. Twin 22hp is gonna be different than mine. This boat has twin 657x and they put out 80-85 hp. Guessing its a newer boat in decent shape I'd say it could be a good price. You can get recover kits for I think $500ish. I have found the 2 stroke carbs and motors fun and relatively easy to work on. NOW .....I was some long hours bending over in this boat. I was sore for a couple days after putting the motors back in. Half of mechanic work is knowing how to get to it. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
Great video, thanks for sharing Josh.
Some really really nice cars there. Especially some of the classics.
Hell yeah my f150 made the video haha
