only self control? nothing about the company a man keeps,responsibility and get tasks done without having to be nagged or complaining, generosity (not wealth but being generous with what they do have), cleanliness of body, car and home, dressing appropriately for the occasion,( like don't show up in house clothes when you visit even just your family,throw a polo shirt on and clean sneakers),respect,morals,values, education even if not formal to at least be researching things, learning, taking online courses,etc, Criminal background and mental status is crucial as well as what kind of family they come from, but just as important, how do they interact with that family. This guy is really weird overall. I've heard a lot of what he says and while some of it makes sense I find a LOT of it; particularly his advice, to be extremely poor. He essentially advocates moving to big cities, turning into a party animal and trying to bang all your co-workers in the hopes of finding the one who's chaste and going to devote the rest of their life to you. Probably the exact opposite of what most people should do. It sounds like he thinks most guys are Chad or at least Chad lites. I think this is also the only time I've heard him acknowledge introverts are a thing. That there are actually different personality types (using either straight up psychology, or 'pseudo-psychology' like the MBTI or Enneagram, etc) is something you rarely hear acknowledged by most during these types of discussions. It was nice that he brought it up, but clearly fails to grasp the meaning.

Lots of people have made their blood sugar worse on keto diets. You have to do it smart and not pack in the saturated fat. Use more olive oil, avocado oil, nuts, seeds etc... for fat.
