  Just started watching your channel a short time ago. Amazing recipes, warm and welcoming attitude by both of you, and the stories of your family mingled in with delicious, cost-effective meals, makes it a wonderful place to sit, watch, listen and enjoy my time.   I make a different oil blend for the dressing and omit any onion since my husband and I do not eat raw onions. I also add genoa salami and ham and artichokes and pepperoncini's. So delicious. I make an olive oil with a mustard base and red pepper flake dressing and add in grated parmesan. I love pasta salads, so tasty and light in the summer.

  I love pasta salads. Looks really good Marie. I cooked a meal for the first time in my air fryer the other day which was fried fish. It turned out good. I want to make chicken next. I hope Calvin is taking it easy and getting better.

  When my husband had his gallbladder removed he had to eat turkey or chicken for a month. No pork or red meat. BBQ chicken looks great.

  Good evening you two, Marie your Italian Pasta Salad is beautiful with all the colors. The chicken looks delicious too! A nice healthy meal for lunch or dinner. P.S. My husband was given blood today. Monday of this week he had a little episode with the chemo and started hurting in his chest, oxygen was given, they watched him.   Susan, we are continuing to pray for you and your husband. When I took my first chemo treatment, I had an allergic reaction and they ended up giving me a different chemo treatment. Thanks for keeping us updated. I went to visit a friend in the hospital today and I couldn't believe how hot it felt outside. I'm ready for fall.
