  Yes, You can use any of the Mohawk lacquers. As you can see on the video, the top coat builds quickly over the repair.

  You'll have to call Mohawk Direct for their version of the Glue and the Maple Interior Marker. (800-545-0047) They can direct you to a local distributor in your area. Materials needed: m745-1005 Industrial Grade Instant Adhesive Cyanoacrylate Glue or CA Thin Glue m745-2012 Aerosol Glue Activator Plastic from an ordinary milk bottle M294-5018 Background Marker Interior Maple I hope this helps.
