@@Filipinogeographyguy Papua New Guinea isn't divided into regions, it is divided into 22 districts. The regions aren't the first level divisions of Papua New Guinea. Thanks for the clarification of Panama, but they didn't mention the specification. It is divided into 10 provinces (including 2 corregimiento-level indigenous regions) 4 indigenous regions (provincial level) which in total is divided into 16 administrative divisions. Also the Philippine map is outdated, they split Maguindanao into 2 separate provinces as of September 17, 2022.
