  Rather wait for an #RPLATE alternative where dedicated cell subscription for the screen isn't required and 2 displays are fully integrated into vehicle's body. Where plates are assigned to vehicle instead of driver, rather plate info be downloaded to vehicle and stay with the vehicle from external device (e.g. DMV agent's device). Where plates are assigned to driver, vehicle would then automatically display appropriate plate based on user's credentials via smart car ignition system (e.g. #NFC ignition system scans driver's license to display appropriate driver-assigned plate info).

  Soon we don't need to drive the car at all! 😂 I'm ofcourse assuming that parkassist would be helpful too. I guess people will become more dependent on these features. I just read that youth in Sweden now can apply for automatic gearbox only license. The don't need manual since it's fading away. The 18 year old said "It's so simple, just like driving a gokart!". =)

  chevy made too nice of a car, gave the engineers too much freedom. basically two cars in one, they were going to last too long. some people are getting over 500k miles on them... all these things added up but the biggest reason was that they exceeded the first ~250,000 built tax credit for each model (remember that next time someone complains about tesla living off gov subsidies, atleast they dont make exactly the bare minimum number and then stop only to rebadge the volt as a bolt and rip out the motor and restart the same subsidy). doubt they ever made any money on them, it was really just an attempt to claw back market share and sabotage tesla/toyota and all other up and coming EV mfg with a perfect car they couldn't compete with. problem with giving engineers too much freedom is they made a complicated car thats too unique and difficult to understand. really in its own class of vehicles. consumers are not all engineer minded themselves. sorry to hear about ur engine bearing. thats too bad. i myself am questioning the 20k oil change... i used to change my own oil on my old hondas every 5k and they always lasted ~350,000 miles. same with the spark plugs, im guessing they all use iridium which recommend change after ~100,000 miles, i think ill do them every 50,000 just to get an idea of how the engine is running and if it needs different maintenance to avoid the same fate. just dont take ur car to jiffy lube
