Can you tell me where you got the stand they are on? What is the beak tapping behavior about?

What is your other channel called? Why did you decide to get birds? Do you think it’s a good idea to breed birds? A lot of the videos I watch say that buying these birds is a terrible idea… cockatoos are apparently the most rehomed bird.

Sadly, this is why cockatoos should not be kept as pets. Sulphur Crests are not a flock species and will find a single mate of the opposite sex that they bond with for life. As a human, for your own needs, you have forced them to go against every single natural instinct they have. You have been extremely lucky, and yes lucky not clever, that they have not harmed each other. Why do we humans feel we must master and manipulate for our own gratification?

Also wild sulphur crested cockatoos: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i6yBlZaufsuYYqg.html " Sulphur Crests are not a flock species (...)" wrong. They are but they have a single mate also.

@@ionottoi Wrong dude. This is just a gathering of bird in a feeding area. It is not a flock. Sulphur Crested Cockatoos do not roost nor fly as a flock. They will gather in an area where food is plentiful, but this is not actual flock behaviour.

😂🤣 NOPE! They are half sisters, same mother, different fathers. Both are bonded to me, which is the problem. I have their hatch dates on a calendar somewhere, but they are in their twenties. I raised Flower from 2 weeks old and Precious was parent raised. Brought her in at around 12-16 weeks old, too long ago to remember. They are jealous of each other around me and they are afraid of the cellphone. I call them velcro birds, especially Precious, she flies on me when I enter the room. They are free flighted, wings are not clipped. They are not locked up in cages, they are out 24/7 365 days a year, except for leap year 😉

Exactly how do you determine that John Anthony…People like you piss me off… Do you have a bird or ten? Are you an Avian expert? Why do you feel like you must comment in such a rude way. The gentleman above made a far more salient point. Why indeed do we as humans feel the need to have such dominion over animals. It’s not enough to see them in nature…we must own them and tame them. Having said that. I enjoy watching some of these videos. The ones that don’t show the lovey Dovey nooooo problem cockatoos…Impossible and give a false sense of ease with birds. At least this woman told haw difficult it can be! Birds and larger birds like these are still wild. Unlike dogs who have had the wild bred out of them over centuries…these creatures have not been adapted to humans. If people feel like they must have a bird then adopt one from a rescue, do all your research don’t support breeders, it’s all for profit. Go get a bird that was abused and try to love them to health again! Just like many of us do with dogs. Supporting breeders just continually brings bad news for the dogs health, same issues will happen with birds eventually!
