Didnt grind all that much, so resets fine for me tbh. Priorities for me are: getting more bakugan and cards in game (for variety and buffing lower tier attributes), bug fixes (like the G one that occurs when a bakugan jumps off a card), and I rlly want more customization. More outfits, throwing animations, victory poses etc

resets are fine during the beta as long as theyre not super frequent. It's been like 9 months since the game was first available I think so a reset now is fine. If there's another one after this upcoming one(if it happens), I hope it's during the full game release and not anytime before that. It's fine as long as there's not like resets every couple weeks or a month or somethin like that

Water Refrain in the game disables all command abilities (abilities that don't immediately and directly affect G-Power) in the chain. Water Refrain in the anime completely locks all players, friend or foe, from using any abilities for an unspecified amount of time. Both will haunt players regardless so it's all fun.

I also agree with Chasen that it would have been smarter for BakuDev to release several successive patches rather than one big update. 1:02:00 I'm in the same boat I've stopped playing mainly because of the crashing. I'm just waiting for the update to hopefully fix that. I've already got over 20k HSP in the bank like I'm good man. I'm not a collect-aholic I don't need to go on and grind so I can collect everything. My biggest reason to play is to meet new people, make new friends and have fun doing team battles and the crashes just make all of those things so much harder.

My biggest wish for the game would be either a trading system or community market like MLB the Show. I'm a Pyrus main, I'm happy with the Bakugan I've got. Just saving money for the new stuff. Other than that all I can say is I agree there should be less duplicates in shop.

I’ll try and make this argument, not in defense of BP, but for the fact that Idk if it will happen, but given the history of other games on similar IPs from way back when we were growing up: The only way I view this even existing and living under the IP of Bakugan, or it being put under the radar is two things: Either spin master is not going to give a shit about this being an IP and will buy it just to make it into a full fledged game, just for the devs to make an income out of this project, or Bakugan is going to end up so obsolete like most of the other games out there like Yu-GI-Oh! And Pokemon (to some extent) with younger viewers that, in then end of the day, the only people that will play it will just be there for the “Good’ol days” of Bakugan. I knew right away when they were going to reboot it, just by its design that it wasn’t going to do well with kids, and it flopped. When they rebooted it a second time and I just recently found out it got canceled, I just knew it wasn’t going to do well. The only way to save bakugan at this point is this: Despite how much of a bad idea it is, they should add in their own bakugan, abilities, etc. They should label this under legal pretenses as a an “Online Project” and nothing else to save their asses (I’ll get into why later.) And when they have a fully fledged game, that works very well, and has so many mechanics that it pretty much works as a game, to either continue working on it as a “Project.” or sell them the “Project” to spin master, and say that they want jobs to continue working under the game itself and nothing else. I mentioned it as a project because of this: Anyone know FusionFall from CN? You know they tried to reboot it right, like twice? I was one of the few vocal people to tell everyone that it was going to flop, and that when it was going to flop that it was because CN sent them a literal letter through the mail, saying “Cease and Desist, this is our IP, you’re infringing on it.”, and since then I’ve heard nothing from the Devs on the game, They tried making the game on like a game maker program, and they completely dropped the project all together, because they didn’t hammer it everywhere that it was a “Fan Project” and that “They were not infringing on the IP of FF” and then give legality reasons on as to why they they’re not, when in reality they were just slow onto the fact that they could have just right away added in new characters, and stuff to the series, and they just… didn’t. They’re trying to make another reboot called FF ReStart, and since then I haven’t heard anything about them since, this is just based off their wiki, and the only open source game (I’m assuming it’s open source, since it’s on Github) is OpenFusion. I think that’s another thing that the devs should try and do, is to make the game completely open sourced on Github just to be safe, idk if they’ve done it yet, but just to be safe, as I remember when FF Legacy and Retro came out years ago, they didn’t make the whole game Open Source (I’m assuming that’s what they should do at the least, I could be wrong, correct me if I’m wrong.) and on Github. I’m just covering bases because, This isn’t the first time I’ve seen someone make a game on an already existing IP, and I think they should really think about covering their bases as long as they want BakuProject to exist. Again, I do seem a little based, I could be wrong, even with OpenFusion or Even with the ReStart one, things could happen idk, but I usually would know when a game comes out, they make a reboot of it years later to add more onto an existing IP, and then the Company goes like “Cease and Desist or else.” Then they do it because they don’t want to have to fuck you over like that one guy who got a CnD on his website where he was allowing people to download emulators and roms when Nintendo said so, now he owes Nintendo like $1M because he said “Lol, no fuck you.”. I hold no ill-will towards fans of FF, I was a fan of FF at one point, but I soon realized that the game wasn’t worth looking into later on, and I just stopped playing the game all together, and I just don’t touch anything FF. Some KZreadrs and the Fandom I dislike, but that’s with any fandom, I don’t respect the fandom, I would rather have some level of respect for the devs than the fandom if anything. Same goes for Bakugan, Beyblade, etc., because they’re the ones that keep the games alive. That’s all I really got to say, If something happens with BakuProject, I’m not going to say anything going forward, It would be best to keep my mouth shut, and I’m not a lawyer, it’s always best to consult a lawyer about making games like this so that way when you make a game on an existing IP, the company doesn’t come down and go “Cease and Desist” on your ass. That’s all I’m going to say, and recommend if the Dev team sees this is all.
