    @@escserg6731 yeees, they initially released full results of semi 2, but messed up with semi 1, putting each country's ranking and "who voted for that country" into incorrect tables, so it looked weird, but at least full rankings were known except there were no UK, Germany and Sweden at all... After some time they fixed semi 1, adding UK, Germany and Sweden, but they didn't put 11th-14th(15th) places that time... I even mailed them about that but saw no result after weeks, so i thought they would never add it, but finally it's known...

    This just goes to show how different the general public think from the Eurovision community. Israel’s contestant was heckled, booed, harassed, mocked, sent death threats and boycotted by fans for months, and then she goes and wins the semifinal, being in the top 5 of EVERY single country, and then comes 2nd with the grand final televote only behind Croatia. She also got more 1st places with countries’ televotes than Croatia did. I don’t know how the Eurovision community aren’t embarrassed and ashamed for the way they’ve behaved.

  • @nick3805

    The most ironic Thing is also that the 'Boycott' and Demonstrations archieved the Opposite of what they were trying to archieve. In the ESC Discord of a Friend I'm also in several People (me included) saw not exactly few People on Twitter say they primarily voted for Eden out of Pity for being essentially trapped in her Hotel Room out of Fear of being attacked due to the Demonstration and being boycotted.

  • @escserg6731
    @escserg67314 күн бұрын

    Nope, that shows that if there's a reason for certain voting groups to be united and heavily vote for someone, the points will be really big. All the Jewish people around the world, Israeli supporters and etc united and voted many times (20 times maximum) for Israel, hence easily overpowering other people voting 1-2 times for their favorites.

    The result from Georgia is really a disgrace. I can't say anything about the televoting result, but the fact that the jury rated Nutsa so poorly is really strange, she definitely should have finished ahead of Kaleen and Silia. But you can see in some countries that the jury is not always objective, e.g. Slovenia and Serbia.
