Anyone who lives in a place where they are the majority have the most privilege, and anyone else will face these issues. Having lived in non-western countries, I've found they often don't have any desire to acknowledge or change those race based power dynamics. The reason these stories don't come out so much is that many non-western countries make permanent immigration exceptionally tough.
