  It's Amazing how much Hightstown is the same but different. Stockton Street seems to have less Tree's, I lived there from 1969 until 1991 my parents until 2005 when they both passed. Harron Ave. Those were the days.

  I know, right? Stockton in particular really had a resurgence beginning around 2000. Most of the old Victorians have been restored now. I've been in town (EW) since 1999 and in the general area since college (1996). Sympathies on the passing of your parents.

  I moved the town by town breakdown to a ticker format as opposed to the tables at the end. Let me know what you prefer! Doing the ticker is pretty manual in nature, to be honest, and if you don't care for it, I'd rather go back to my prior model.

  For this particular video, only data from the primary Multiple Listing Service for the area (BRIGHT). It's a real-time update, but not "precise" in that it won't factor in data from other listing services that agents might use (FLEXMLS from Monmouth/Ocean Counties, Central Jersey MLS, Garden State MLS are common ones you may find inventory in). When I do my monthly summaries, the data is more precise in that it pulls from ANY MLS that a property may have been listed in. A third party, 10K Research and Marketing, compiles this for the @NJRealtors but it's typically a month in arrears since they do it for all 500+ municipalities in the state.

  This was a challenging deal with a fallthrough in the middle of it. That said, the sellers were wonderful to work with, and the buyers have gotten a * great property* to add to their portfolio!

  I swim there on occasion. Generally, the closer you get to the ferry, the less silt/mud, so you'll see more people there. Lots of Horseshoe crabs will freak people out, too. Basically, there are a combination of "ew factors" and old stories that keep people out, but the water reports are all fine.
