  In my 68 years I've seen some changes in Manchester, I just wish they'd kept some of the older buildings and built a new canal from the City centre to Salford Quays, the Irwell doesn't seem to be looking very nice through the City

  There are another 7 going up at New Jackson, Viadux 2, one across the road on whitworth street, two small ones at either side of Beetham Tower (one is on this video) and two more round the corner near first street. Not to mention the 4 going up at trinity islands. Then you’ve got 2 more going up at greengate, one on bridge street and about 15 others in planning

  Yes it is the mini 3 pro No permissions needed you just have to check your not in a FRZ and keep Vlos at all times
