  Im not sure. Bc in an actual fight, post arkham knight between all these guys, yeah, knight would totally crush if only he had guns and military equipment (i think). But if they have like a mutual fondness and this is just like an ideological, not all out warfare fight, where red hood is hand to hand or at least using rubber bullets (note tims bullet shield), i think nobody would stand a chance. Bc nightwing got decimated by harley quinn, whereas tim led a one man all out assault on her before he even went through like a straight year of training between City and Knight and got faster and stronger and even started to practically become a more lighthearted version of bruce, then took down two face after the knightfall protocol and assumed the role of batman. Just without the cowl. And the lore even tries to highlight his drive to be the best robin and that he is constantly trying to improve, and it is constantly paying off for him, especially with how much smoother his gameplay is in Flip of a Coin and everything around the time of arkham knight (not a matter of family because that was technically his first patrol and they make a point to hightlight his inexperience).
